Nice wing for the club rooms.

there were some amenities and items lacking in the room. no hair dryer, no toiletries and the room smells even after it has been sprayed with air freshener and a air ionizer. food for the club wing may be a little too limited even for the guests there.
reception area when i checked in was a little too chaotic and messy.
i have to go over to the other side of the building to get my drinks during the evening cocktail instead of the staffs offering help to get the drinks i want.
worst of all, when i requested the air freshener, the houskeeping team will just knock once and tap into my room, even before I open the room! this is WEIRD.
however, some staffs were really great - the indian housekeeping lady (friendly and very service oriented) and the manager, a malay lady (very tactful when inquiring about the room missing item. thank you!

Hotel is child friendly unlike what the information on agoda suggests. They don't really make much of a fuss about kids staying with parents in the same room. No need extra beds or rooms. We actually booked & paid for an extra room quite unnecessarily. Otherwise the hotel was fine. Easy access to little india and other malls in the city.
