good location and reasonable room rate

There are some inconvenience during my stay as follows :,
1.the tissue paper is not hung at the wall of restroom. I asked for it but housemaid reasoned that earlier guest took it away. So, I was inconvenient to use tissue paper at that time.
2. No shelf for putting my belongings in restroom.

not a very present stay. their customer service is bad, the way they speak to us is not in a nice tone.
in summary i don like the stay in the hotel and is quite noisy from the sound outside.
