things to improve:
1. one lamp was blown and not replaced over our bed
2. the ladies complained that the hall mirror and bathroom mirror were too dark to do their make-up.
3. should not allow ala-carte breakfast from 1015 am vbecause the staff are too busy changing the room setting to serve us. we left at 11 am with no breakfast. at shutters.
otherwise we rested well and did enjoy sentosa with our room a a home base.

Lovely hotel and great service
love the serenity as the hotel is slightly away from the crowded rws, yet it's not too far from it, still convenient

love the serenity as the hotel is slightly away from the crowded rws, yet it's not too far from it, still convenient (if it doesnt rain)
the hotel is of a different style from hard rock hotel or festive. It is offers a very therapeutic atmosphere which i really love!
hotel staffs were really friendly and helpful. was raining the day we arrived, and hotel staffs came down to the bus stop to pick us up with umbrella and buggi and send us to the reception. they were drenched but still very smiley and friendly, were chatting with us. depite being so wet and cold, they had to serve other guests when we arrived at the hotel, yet no complaints and still very ready to help. very impressed!
hotel room was up to standard, but air con was a tad weak in my room that time.
hotel pool was pretty, but small. pool's floor was very sandy as people come back from the beach swim in it immediately without washing.

Lovely hotel and room
Adult only pool at larkhill terrace, terrific service
8.3
my bf and i stayed for a weekend and it was his birthday so i arranged a surprise, in room
decoration for him and it was so beautiful! we stayed at larkhill terrace on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, very nice and quiet. the sunbed was soaking wet as it was raining heavily before we arrived and they didn't cover it but they sent somebody straight away to look into it when we called, thanks to guest services mr. farhan for providing such warm excellent service to us.

Not our favourite Sentosa Resort
Resort grounds are well maintained and we were visited by a pair of hornbills while at the pool - a rare first!
4.7
We stayed in two adjoining rooms and were disappointed by the size and also the 'atmosphere' of the rooms and also the Lobby. The 'Welcome' was not great, as we pulled up in the car, no one came to assist with luggage at all and no-one welcomed us at the entrance of the Lobby. The rooms were dark and dated. The swimming pool for toddlers was not well maintained. The resort was close to the beach however so that was handy when the kids wanted to explore.
We had dinner at the Resort and it was quite good.

Disappointed with pool closure and no spa
7.7
When I arrived at the hotel with my family, I like the look of the hotel. The Kacang Puteh and drink corner, though it may not cost much to set up, was very appealing, especially for my kid, as he liked the idea of serving himself peanuts and puting it in paper-made wrappers. The drinks available were also very refreshing.
However, I soon became disappointed when I was told that spa services are not available on that day and also that the sky pool is under renovation.
Restaurant Tip:
Ate lunch at the Shutters Restaurant, fully enjoyed it

Not good enough
Peacocks all over the place which seems nice.

Just a very normal resort with rather small inf. pool, very worth with such kind of high price.
