The hotel provides good services and standard facilities. Room is quite big as compared to other hotels in Singapore. It is quite far from subway by foot. If you travel by taxi, it is not a problem.

I always stay here as the hotel is close to the office that I have to go. It is next to the main road. It is easy to get taxi but take some time to walk to subway. The decoration is fine and traditional. Breakfast is ok.

Housekeeping needs to be more pro-active.
The 3 best things about this hotel were the location, room size and wifi.
We stayed there for 3 nights in total. The first night everything else was fine except for the mini fridge it was all covered with ice at the back of it and it looks to me it didn't even work. However on the second and third night, things were a little different from the 1st night. On the 2nd night there was a missing bath towel and there was note from the housekeeping about replenishing it when it is available. In the end, there was no replenishing done. Third night comes along, this time around there was 2 missing bath towels and the bath mat as well. The bath towels was replenished after but for the bath mat I had to call for housekeeping to get it delivered and even then it was still out of stock. Apparently the towel supplier for your hotel still hasn't come back with a new batch of stock. This was probably at around 4 or 5pm. I worked in the hotel industry as well, as far as I know the towels and linens should be delivered in the morning to the hotels so that the housekeeping will have fresh linens and towels to make up the room and not using extra from yesterday's delivery in the hopes that it will enough to cover for a whole day's worth. Surely, if you want to do that you must stock up double the amount and have some extras on hand. Which after the two nights, clearly there was not enough extras nor there was double the stock.
