a look of food surrounding, but it is is a pity very noise, and dusty because during construction, in the future will be more convenience to stay.

Hotel is located in CBD area. Walking distance to MRT Station which can access to any place in Singapore.
There is a market right opposite the hotel and you can find good and cheap food there.

The hotel is located Near commercial, that I could enjoy many main thing such shopping, and interesting activities. Moreover, that hotel is very clean and good furniture like TV, Rest room and mini-bar. However; the staff service is not very good to me. Anyways, I am satisfied with this.

The Amara is a nice hotel. The rooms are modern and provide decent space to unpack your garments and a good sized desk to work. The first two floors of the hotel offer around 5-6 different regional restaurants, e.g. Continental, Thai, Japanese... The fitness facilities are on the smaller side but the equipment is decent quality. They have a nice lap pool which hardly anyone used during my stay. The staff were very friendly.
Restaurant Tip:
The Thai restaurant in the hotel was great.

the reception staff during the check-in did not give me a friendly impression, did not smile at all during the check-in.
spacious room facing the maim road. i requested for twin beds during booking but ended up with a king-sized bed.
perhaps the previous occupant used the kettle to cook instant noodles and it was not cleaned properly. have to request the housekeeping to change a new one for me.
lots of construction going on around the hotel. best to get higher floors.
