Great Hotel
location, size of room, friendly staff

This is our second time staying in this hotel. The service staff were very friendly and the rooms were very spacious. We love the fact that the MRT station is just a stone throw away and we could do all our necessary errands while in SG, ie money changers, bank, Singpost, pharmacies were all nearby. Only downside was getting a taxi during CNY period. And the washer/dryer in the room was faulty, we requested for a change but it was also faulty.

At the Heart of the Central Business District

Hotel staff were very polite and patient in general towards our queries and request.
Being a serviced apartment, the 'No Party' policy was a baseless requirement as guests often would invite their loved ones over.
All in all, it was a pleasant stay.
Restaurant Tip:
It is near Lau Pa Sat, the famed Singaporean food attraction, with tons of touters who could be quite a handful.

everything you need is in the room. no need to head out to get a bite. just buy a few groceries from a store and you're set to go. loved that the place was spacious enough to accommodate visitors and not feel crammed. i also liked that the microwave, fridge, washing machine etc. could not be seen as it was hidden away behind doors so the place doesn't look like there's too many things in a room. overall, i enjoyed my stay.
Nightlife Tip:
Clubs, pubs and bars are nearby. You can head down to the popular nightlife spot, Clarke Quay, or try clubbing at another popular club, Avalon, which is close by within walking distance at Marina Bay Sands.

Great location but wifi was unstable

stayed a night at this services apartment. room was smaller than expected and window had no view. the view outside the window was simply the wall of the next building. really disappointed. wifi password guven didnt work despite trying for almost 10 different times. however bed was huge and comfortable. the kitchen is good for heating up food.
i can't comment on breakfast because agoda'sdeal did not include breakfast while other website did include while having the same price.

Lovely Service apartment downtown
The pool and comfortable rooms

The service apartment has been perfectly maintained. We enjoyed our stay there very much because it was weekend in the central business district which made it peaceful. Lazing in the pool was definitely a plus. The room was stuffed with all the basic needs and food and snacks were available just a stones throw away downstairs. For those exercise-fans, you will find the gym adequate and well to your liking.

Great location and amenities

Checked out this place for wedding. It'd everything you'd expect of a service apartment. Deco is tastefully done, and layout of room is very well designed. It's obvious that the architect had thought of almost everything. Location is in the heart of the business district, and that means it can be pretty quiet on the weekends.

Check in was relatively fast. A deposit for $250 was required for incidental charge. The kitchenette came with the basic kitchen tools required to whip up a quick meal.

Great location
The hotel is central enough mins away from the MRT

I stayed there over the weekend due to having a Paintball Event nearby the Marina Promontory ... And easier for me to go to work from there over the weekend ... Te staff was great & friendly to help even help is not needed . As I'm working in a service oriented job , the expectation from me doesn't expect much but a overall stayed there was excellent , clean room , jacuzzi was fantastic , and they even have a mini bar at the door step of the lobby .
Hotel Feature Tip:
If staying the suite , prepare some food cause there's even a equip small kitchen in your room.
