The best ever in Singapore

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a very, very great stay. The only point that i would like them to improve is the variety of breakfast. But other than that, the hotel is perfect!! The room was very spacious, very clean, and the service was really really good too. There is Raffles Place MRT near the hotel, and so we can access to many places easily. The price i had that time was really good for the pocket, too. Marvelous!

overall, i was very impressed with ascott serviced residence. the rooms are spacious (we booked 2 rooms) and very well laid out. everything was clean and modern and well structured. it was nice to come back and staying at the service apartment after being on the road for 4 days on vacation in bali. it was great that the apartment had washer/dryer (although small)and with all of the necessary amenities to do laundry. free internet service was also a great feature.
overall i would consider coming back to the apartment. the only feedback that i would suggest management to consider is to improve breakfast - it's pretty much a continental breakfast without any hot items. it would be nice to add in some hot items such as scrambled eggs.
Restaurant Tip:
Location of the apartment is excellent - very closed to the marina and therefore can walk easily for dining out

場所はラッフルズプレイス駅の目の前で、地下鉄での移動には便利です。部屋には、キッチン、洗濯機、電子レンジなどがあり、どれもきれいにメンテナンスされていました。市街地での滞在には最高のホテルだと思います。フロントスタッフの対応も大変親切で、子供の風邪を心配してくれるなど、非常に気持ちよく滞在できました。次ぎに行くときもぜひ使いたいホテルです。

立地は便利で、スタッフの対応も良かったが、家族連れには少し部屋が狭かった。

アメニティグッズ（シャンプー等）を催促しないと補充してくれなかった為面倒臭かった。地下鉄の駅が隣にある為、いろいろと移動するには非常に便利。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ユニバーサルスタジオに行く場合には、予めネット予約及び発券をしておくと、当日チケット購入の為に並ぶ必要が無い。

ホテルとは違い、部屋にキッチン(食器洗浄機・ポット・フライパン・食器類)洗濯機などすべて揃っています。浴室も広くバスタブ付き。
ただ日本語放送は写りません。新聞も毎朝来ますが英字新聞。

目の前の新しいビルが無ければ、マーライオン・マリーナ ベイ サンズ ・シンガポールフライヤーが見れたかも.......

모든것이 좋았던것 같다 많은 좋은 호텔에 숙박을 했지만 또다른 느낌의 훌륭 함이었다 룸은큼직했고 콘도를겸비한 시스템은 그릇하나부터 세탁기까지
나무랄게없었던것! 가족여행와서 가족들에게 행복을 줄수 있어서 좋았다
단 조식은 비추 그냥 아메리칸블랙퍼스트정도다!

这是一家不错的5星级酒店，距离莱佛士广场地铁站有5分钟的步行路程，去乌节路shopping只需5个地铁站就到了。
酒店靠近新加坡著名的“老巴刹”，吃东西挺方便的。所以，就是酒店不包早餐，也没关系，因为走几步路就可以在“老巴刹”享用地道的美食了。
酒店不同于普通五星级酒店，这是由以前的保险大厦改装成的酒店，最有特色是宽敞，最吸引我的是设备齐全的厨房和Bose家庭娱乐系统。
希望再次入住这间酒店。
Nightlife Tip:
夜晚的老巴刹，更是热闹。这里的美食简直是中西合并，应有尽有呀。

Hotelnya dekat dengan MRT, lalu bisa jalan kaki ke Marina bay sand, selama menginap, semua fasilitas hotel sangat bagus dan resepsionis sangat membantu saat check in maupun check out.
Restaurant Tip:
Dekat dengan lau pa sat (tempat makan) beragam jenis makanan, dari pedas sampe yang tidak pedas, dan juga bisa ke Marina bay sand untuk kuliner, dan sangat dekat dengan mrt, cuma 5 menit telah tiba di tempat mrt, mudah mendapatkan taxi, jika mau ke bandara.

semula saya kira tempat ini ada adalah seperti layaknya hotel, ternyata adalah semacam apartemen mewah, terbukti beberapa supir taksi tidak familiar jika disebut ascott raffles residence. lokasi sekitar adalah perkantoran tidak ada mall atau superstore, menuju ke marlion park cukup jalan kaki 10 menit sudah tampak sekitarnya adalah marina bay, begitu pula stasiun mrt raffles tidak terlalu jauh hanya jalan 5 menit. fasilitas hotel lengkap termasuk perlengkapan dapur, micro wave dan mesin cuci. kolam renang yang dinding dari kaca, sport gym dgn kelengkapannya dan terdapat ruang baca dg buku2 lengkap serta makanan dan minuman ringan tersedia untuk tamu, tapi semuanya swalayan. meja tulis mewah dg semua kelengkapan dan free internet wireless. sarapan hanya kue2 ringan dan buah segar serta minuman juice buah. lebih cocok untuk tempat menginap pebisniss bukan untuk liburan keluarga.
