The room is very neat and tidy. Environment is so wholesome, you won't notice people checking -in for short term stays. Breakfast buffet has numerous variation of dishes, you can really choose the option that suits your taste buds for the day. Near tourist spots, malls and convenient transportation spots.

Tired hotel that desperately needs a make over!
In the middle if a construction zone that make noise until late in the night. Reception staff not welcoming or friendly. Room was tired and the bed linen looked grey instead of white.
Paid way too much and I am sure there are better options for the price.
Breakfast was average to below average.
I will not stay herd again!
Shopping Tip:
Bugis markets, busy and hot but so many bargains to be had!

According to the facilities price was very reasonable. Staff was very kind and the hospitality was great. We felt as home. We decided to stay in Bay view on our next journey in one month time.

"Great location with big enough room"

This is our second time in this hotel, the first was Dec. 2010. Everything's okay during our first stay but this time there's an ongoing construction of MTR that would be finished by 2017, so you have to go out early so you would not hear the very loud noise of heavy equipments used in digging. Room was always clean, toiletries replenished, but no complimentary water. Breakfast good enough, but have to be fast in refilling empty chaffing dish. Staffs were helpful and accomodaring.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
One whole day is not enough to see all of Sentosa's attractions. Don't ever missed to see Transformer at Universal Studios. It's one experience you won't forget, but be prepare for a long waiting time specially during holidays. We waited for 90 minutes standing just to see that i think 10min 4D show.

The room was great. The area had construction in the area so it was tough to get to. Getting a taxi was difficult.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Singapore art museum is free on Friday and great place to cool down. The Singapore history museum is excellent.
