First time staying in this hotel. The location is great where it is surrounded with major shopping mall. Is near MRT station enable us to move around conveniently. The breakfast spread was not bad too.

Good Location
The best feature was the location. You walk out the door and you can get a tour bus or train-very close to the MRT.

This hotel was pretty much Singapore 4 star standard. Would we stay there again probably not there are so many great hotels would try another one. Nothing was WOW to draw us back. Check in went smoothly and relatively fast. Not a very good pool area if your looking for a relaxing poolside holiday.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
dont go on the funvee bus tours terrible- audio doesnt work on most buses which run late all the time. they also stop at 6pm where others go later. try city tours (red buses) much better

It was a very enjoyable stay at the Carlton hotel and it always felt like home. Nice bed, great bathroom. The only thing that bothers me is the internet that is chargeable. I do believe that all hotels should have free internet access.

The room on the new wing was clean and exceptionally comfortable. The location of the hotel also allows easy access to the shopping and eating areas nearby. Drinks and entertainment was just available across the road.

The room was very good, service was great too. There is no wifi free though, and coffee nesepresso is chargable.
Restaurant Tip:
Raffles City Shopping Centre is just opposite the road junction! There are breakfast/lunch/dinner options aplenty. Chimes beside the hotel has many bars and resturants as well.

great quick check out and service 6 star deliverance upmarket lobby, shopping cross the road for convenience , we stayed in other hotels but this one was the best, we know mabe could have been better value but we enjoyed it any way, all in all great stay wish we were there longer

the hotel was generous with free parking and never hesitated to give complimentary parking vouchers, which is something great for those driving. hotel staff never hesitated to provide additional key cards when i locked myself out of my room
