As I said unremarkable, barely an alright hotel.
Very difficult to see a smile on any faces, especially the concierge. Anything you ask of the stuff, they seem to do it as a favour to the guests and not their duty.

Location is good as it is near the train station,big shopping centres and buildings with long histories for sightseeing purposes. The lobby is very glamourous and peaceful, inviting to all. The restaurant also serves great food and the decor is elegant and i definitely enjoyed my stay here.

Really good location. Still within the city but relatively quiet. Across Chijmes - a really nice place to explore for food and drink. Near The Cathay for a good movie. A few streets away from the Singapore Art Museum (free admission on Fridays). Walking distance to Plaza Singapura (10 - 15 minute walk). Across from Raffles City and Raffles Hotel. Can choose from 3 MRT stations: Red/Green Line - City Hall, Red/Yellow/Purple Line - Dhoby Ghaut, Yellow Line - Bras Basah.
Offer complimentary wifi in all rooms.
