Generally is a good restaurant. But the service reply from the hotel was not promptly enough. I email twice for room and services enquiry, both i get no reply from the hotel.

Great Location, Great View of the town

My stay in Carlton hotel I should say I would give 7/10. I will talk about why 7/10. They have a fantastic internet system, the beds are awesome, the bath tub is just what I asked for. The room is just right for my wife and I. Okay. Now lets talk about the 3/10. Why 3/10? The room attendant did not do a great job for my room. I found hairs hiding behind curtains, lots of dusts on the couch table but after I tell the customer service about it they split secondly clear all those stuffs and that show their attitude to their work. 3 cheers for the service team! Other than that, I personally hope it will not happen for other people's stay . Peace!

Good location but poor service and old type room

I have to say the location is great, however, the stuff in there is not so kind, the response for our request is slow.
Shopping Tip:
Do not walk to orchard street, it seems close to the hotel, but you do not know how long is the orchard street!!! take the tube, BTW, people in singapre do not understand what tube means, the call that MRT, if you say metro, they do not understand either.

Singapore is an expensive city for hotels, and Carlton is no exception, but with the price your paying, you are in a very central location with quality rooms. I stayed in the newer wing which I had no complaints about.
The check-in process took a little bit too long ~10 min, and the staff were not being very forthcoming on what was taking so long which was not a good start to a hotel experience. But overall, I go the room I paid for, and it was pleasant.

Located next to bugis mall and raffles mall

Very nice hotel

We had a problem with the booking being a Queen instead of two twins. The hotel didn't make anything of it and just upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge, which was much appreciated.

Nice hotel with central location
Hotel lobby is grand and rooms are spacious and nice.

I stayed here for couple of days for business purpose. It was quite convinient to move around due to central location. It is a nice street to walk around at night due to the lighting around the street. To find food is easy as the mall is very close by. I never used the MRT so dont know the proximity. The hotel staff is quite friendly and co-operative.

It was a great experience staying at Carlton for two weeks it accommodates all of my needs. Great location with excellent service, the staff was very nice to their customers. Room cleaned very nice. Well done for Carlton Hotel
Restaurant Tip:
if you are staying at Carlton Hotel try to exit the hotel via back area where you'll find yourself across Rendezvous Hotel and across that hotel you'll find many cheap yet nice singaporean food restaurant and one of them is selling Kuetiau which is great :D
