Good location but the room could be better
Good location. Clean room.

The room is a bit old. The air conditioning is quite loud if turned on at high speed. At low speed, the temperature is too warm. The resolution of the TV programs are not clear.

The older rooms in Main Tower are coming down, aircon is noisy and doesn't correspond to what you expect from a Carlton hotel.
The new rooms in the Premier Wing a realy nice.

selama menginap di hotel carlton, saya sangat puas, dekat dengan mrt, hotel yang bersih dan pelayanan yang ramah, terdapat free wifi di lobby, swiming pool buka dari pagi sampai malam.
pokoknya recomend hotel deh.

the hotel is located in a very convenient location...shopping mall and mrt nearby. i love the location.
but the interior of the room looks old. it needs a little refurbishment. for that kind of price we are paying for the room i would expect the room to be better.

The room is nice but a little bit small. The service is good enough and the food is delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel is good enough. It is located near mall and near the hotel, there are some restaurant.

nothing much about this 5star hotel seriouly room is very old and the tower is very dirty dont understand how come the tower is so dirty in a 5 star hotel ask the staff they say is like that i was very furious with that reply not going to stay there anymore

Nice hotel and good location

Last year I stayed in this hotel and it was a nice experience.
Last week I stayed again in this hotel and it was even better.
My room was upgraded to suite room on 7th floor, but unfortunately it is smoking floor, it has strong smell which non smokers don't like it at all. Thank to the friendly concierge, he helped us to find another room on non smoking floor on 22nd floor, which gave us a much better view of the city.
Travel tip:
This hotel has great location, just walk across the street, then you will find Raffles City which has shopping center, many eating places and MRT station.
