Great location but average service
Good location and the room is nice

Great location. For travelling around SG, it is near the MRT station so is convenient. There are lot of bars and resturants as well. It will be just opposite the hotel. Apart from this, there is a shopping centre beside it as well where there are quite a number of popular shops in it.

As a business's traveler, I like to stay in this hotel while I am going to Singapore for business trip.
The reason is the location, location of this hotel is very convenient for me to have variety food because I can find few shopping center nearby by walking distance only.
With the shopping center so I can easy to past my free time by walking around there.
Moreover, this hotel also near to MRT station, also very convenient if wish to go out to others place.

Hotel is conveniently located in the central business district. The shopping belt isn't far off, and the train station is nearby too. I stayed here for business and the good location was a huge convenience. For some reason, there's a lot of airline crew who stayed in the hotel too.

This was our second stay at the Carlton Singapore and we greatly enjoyed our time spent in the room and at the club lounge.
Only one remark, when booking with agoda, the details are not clear and we ended up having to pay extra money for what we had originally booked (one couple+ lounge access).

Good location and reasonably priced. Had a big corner room on 22nd floor but the room appears aged with dated amenities. Needs renovation to justify the price paid and 5 star status.

Rooms were comfortable although the older annex may seem a little worn out as compared to the new annex building. Staff were quite accommodating and housekeeping did a good job with being polite and quiet in the mornings. The room service were delicious but prices were also off the top. Nonetheless, worth the stay as location was great!

It's a great location but my reservation was not in the system when I arrived so my executive room was not ready and they had to give me a room that i did not book .. Instead of the new well furnished executive room, I got an old twin room ..
Check out was prompt so that was good, plus i receive complimentary late checkout.

We were upgraded on our arrival when we checked in as they didn't have the single bed that we requested for.the staff are very proffiessional and friendly.it is a very quiet hotel and that is something that was great.we will surely return to stay there again.
Nightlife Tip:
Chijmes is just across and there is excellent bistros when a road cross away.the bar in the hotel is pretty decent.

i stayed at the executive suite and was very disappointed with the fact that they didn't bother to hoover my room, not once!
the so-called gourmet coffee at tuxedo isn't that special but outrageously expensive.
