Lovely hotel and great location

The hotel is very clean and is situated at the heart of Singapore's nightlife. It is just located beside chijmes and further down is clark quay where there are many pubs. The room is also clean and spacious.
Nightlife Tip:
Walking distance to clark quay.

Generally the room is reasonably sized,clean but old. The hotel was very busy and the receptionist seem slow in working things out. The other service was ok.
The entrance to the hotel for car pick up is a bit odd.

Staff really helpful and service was prompt. Wireless internet in the lobby was free but it was always congested as lots of guests were sitting in the lobby for internet access.
Renovations were happening during my stay so there was a lot of drilling and noise for days when i was not at work.
It is centrally located across from the mall and Chjmes. Overall good value for money.

I am especially happy with the speedy check-in and the hotel has upgraded our room too. After check-in, me and my friend went shopping just across the street. There are also many eateries nearby. It was really a wonderfully experience for my friend who came from Taiwan. She also likes the room at high floor.
Shopping Tip:
The MRT station is just 5 min walk and it accessable to every where in Singapore.

The room is spacious and clean. The lobby is very big too with many sofas and with good design

Easy to find taxi.
We would stay at this hotel again if we go to Singapore again.
Shopping Tip:
In front of the hotel is Raffless City mall.
This hotel is in the center of the city.
