On the whole, this was a good experience. However, pool and surroundings require upgrading. I fell rather heavily on the slippery tiles at edge of pool.
Charged for laundry which was included in my rate. Issue resolved, but should not be subjected to the embarassment of having to complain.
In a premier club room, should not have to pay for use of Nespresso machine.

The hotel is located in front of Raffles hotel and very quiet area. Two subway lines stations are within 5mins.walk, so very convnient. For breakfast, explore Purvis street. Many local cafes awaits for you.

The hotel is centrally located, very easy to go anywhere. Opposite Raffle City and a walking distance to Bugis Junction where we did some shopping. Some nice restaurants in the area however I prefer Orchard Road. If you like quiet area and great location for MRT (2 close by: City Hall and Bras Basah) this is the hotel for you. I would say this place is good for business only.
