Lovely hotel where everything works.
Fast Internet and elegant breakfast spread.

We were upgraded to a spacious room. Great window view of Marina Sands. Proximity to many interesting places and walking distances to historic bridges and ultra modern Marina Sands resort.
Only two eateries. Chinese restaurant was booked for a private function, so we could not try it but there are ample eating places outside hotel.
Taxi queue was efficient with continuous arrival of taxis.

close to city hall mtr, and most tourist attractions near esplanade.

Great location but small rooms

It was a great experience staying in mid town at affordable prices. Many 24h shops nearby and lovely restaurants to choose and dine. The service is very prompt. The high floor view is great at the lift where we managed to catch our National Day Fireworks. Suitable for couples. Small and yet elegant. We love the toilet.

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff. Not a long walk to Clarke Quay. Very convenient to MRT.
Restaurant Tip:
Brotzeit across the street had great German cuisine.

I recommend to remove this hotel from our list
The service is awful from the desk "not willing to give me the rate
Because I did not book with the hotel " and the breakfast service
So poor and impolite ! Just amazing !

The hotel is good value but the management and service is not good as they are very slow to react upon request of concierge, reception. I think the management needs to improve.

it is very nice hotel in perfect location with a lot help and smile from the staffs. the room's size is quite big. we traveled with two young kids and they love the hotel. it is also very close to the city hall mrt station so that we could go around singapore the city easily. the mrt from the airport also stops in the city hall station so that we could just take the mrt coming to the hotel and going to the airport conveniently. i recommend this hotel for visitors for business or leisure purpose

Great hotel and nice location. If you wanna do business trip, this hoel will be the first choice for you. The area is very nice for shopping and eating, also the staff in the hotel are very nice and very helpful for everyone. Night life will be great coz you will not spend that much time to the night place. Overall are the best choice for you.
