A dry used soap was in the soap holder when we check in, I make a note in the bath room the other day before I left for my sightseeing, but both the dry used soap and the note I left was still there.

Everyone at the Carlton was friendly , efficient and eager to please. The atmosphere was comfortable and quiet. The rooms very big and well appointed. This is our first visit to Singapore but it will not be the last, thanks to the Carlton experience!

Room was dated, asked for same floor as my daughters and got put in the Club Room but without access to the Club lounge. Club room furniture was dated, power went the first night. Could do with a freshen up, specially the chairs.

Stayed 4 days at this hotel in early May. Really easy to get to from the MRT. Shopping centre with a great food hall across the road. The room was very spacious, large bathroom and very comfortable bed. As many previous reviews mention the wifi in the lobby is inconvenient and unreliable. We got this room for a great rate and the location was sensational but I don't think I would stay at a property without free wifi in the rooms again.

It was fine. It is annoying that the fee for internet in room is so high. The speed of the free internet in the lobby is not from this decade

The AC was not cool enough for us so we had very little sleep,

It was fine, not the best, but just fine. There are 2 wings in the hotel, and we were placed in the old wing. Nothing wrong with that, but the furniture and toilet was old, as well as the air-conditioning which was a little noisy throughout the night. Other than that, the lobby is great and if we were to come back, we'd request for a room in the new wing.
