Nice business hotel
Nice business hotel. Easily accessible to subway. Mall and restaurants across the hotel. Easy to go to Marina Bay Sands. Service is excellent. Very busy hotel.

Excellent Location
The hotel is very nice, it has modern design. The room is also big, they upgraded us because the hotel is fully booked. Location is excellent. Lots of restaurants across the hotel. Raffle City Mall is also just across with direct access to subway. Walking distance to Bugis. Very convenient and accessible.

Very Good
Value for your money - location is the best since it is near the City Hall MRT station, walking distance to Bugis and Raffles City. Facilities is good and is clean. The only comment I have is that the staff do not engage with the guests. They do address your concerns promptly and efficiently but not warmly.

Ruined birthday surprise
Nice room, wonderful location and terrible experience. My friends booked the club room facilities for my -surprise- birthday staycation. Good god, we went there to find out they wouldn't admit me in my casual wear (flip flops). I was told flatly that breakfast would be served in the club lounge but I couldn't enter it to eat?? It was only after much bargaining that the staff agreed that I could have breakfast there only if the other guests didn't complain about my flip flops. In summary, my friends paid extra for a lovely birthday surprise in 5* hotel, only for me to be treated like a uncouth criminal because I unknowingly wore slippers to my -surprise- birthday staycation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we came back to my room later than expected so my second surprise (a complimentary birthday cake) had to wait for me. When my birthday planner notified the kitchen that I was back and they could deliver the cake to the room, she apologized profusely for the miscommunication. If that wasn't enough to placate the service staff, the kitchen staff that brought up the cake to me treated us to a verbal diarrhea of complaints that he came up to the room 5x since the agreed delivery time of 9pm. After depositing the cake unceremoniously onto the table top, he stood outside my room doorway expecting a tip. Thanks for ruining my birthday surprise, I'm never coming back. To all the people who want to book a premium room to plan a surprise staycation for special occasions, please remember to pack smart casual wear otherwise, no breakfast or tea time snacks for you. That's money gone the drain.
