it's a good and excellent services hotel, i spend my Chinese New Year 2013 in Singapore , Although this few day were a rainy day. but Hotel room provide umbrella, so i could easy went to Bugis and other shopping places with the convenience of umbrella.

when i first came there my room wasn't ready yet, i came there at 2pm which my room supposed to b ready, but the room that i requested have to make me wait for an hour more, but there a staff he saw me waiting for my room and he directly upgrade my room and give me a very nice few. i was satisfied with the hotel service

First room was really cold, smelly and with ants!Next one was only really cold smelly and moist. Singarore was quite rainy at that time, so it wasn't so nice to go to the hotel, because there was even colder and more moist than outside.

Marche just across the road, at raffles city shopping mall is good for ambience, food and service.

Overall everything is good, as the room is very satisfying, since i am travelling with a young child, also, since the hotel is located walking distance to raffles city shopping mall, it makes more convenient for food and shopping.. as well as local transport access, it is very convenient too...

It is located close to the vicinity or nearby of/to Chinatown. Also to Raffles City. Convenient to shop and accessible by most transportation means especially MRT.
Shopping Tip:
Needless to say Singapore is a shoppers' paradise and therefore staying neart it is a bonus.
