Great Convenience, Value for Money

Very close to City Hall MRT, which can be easily reach by MRT from the airport. It is definitely much better than having to transfer to another area with all the luggage and bags. It is just opposite the famous Raffles Hotel, and the well-known Chijmes places, hence you (and the locals) will definitely know how to get there. Location is extremely convenient, having the luxury of traveling by their train systems or taxi (when it is sunny). Very close to Raffles Place which is essentially their CBD area, which makes life alot easier when out or after-dinner drinks. The rooms are not fantastically decorated, just the basic amenities. Paid wifi is available in room, but the lobby is just as good since there is free public wifi. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay there again!

Impressive and friendly.
Centrally located, impressive lobby and clean, large rooms.

We enjoyed are stay, all staff were very helpful and friendly. The airconditioning was a bit too cold for us, making the change from outside the hotel to inside too much of a variation.

We didn't use many of the hotel facilities as we were out enjoying the city. The room was very nice though- great view of the city, spacious and comfortable. We did have a non smoking room, however as soon as we opened the door to the corridor, it reeked of cigarettes which lowered our experience of this hotel. Great location though- shopping centre with restaurant across the road, trains close by and a number of different eating options in the near vicinity.

We were very happy with the Carlton Hotel. The reception area was always very busy but there were plenty of staff. Good clean rooms and great buffet breakfast.

room is ok and beds are comfortable but bathroom sink was clogged so we have to call housekeeping and it was repaired immediately. our room was not provided with bathrobes! im not impressed with how they clean the room daily and towels are not changed!

Beds were not comfy. Location to Orchard, MBS etc is excellent however getting a taxi is hassle and can take 30 mins. Breakfast was average. Staff were efficient.
