Staffs are not professional compared with other hotels (bit slow in check-in/out arrangements, not capable for sudden inquiry such as additional key card request, etc)
- Restaurant Tip : Local food court around, not bad tast

The rooms were well designed and beds very comfortable. The provision of an early morning shuttle bus was appreciated and took far less time than the taxi.

We have stayed there twice and would do so again, it is a well located and reasonably priced hotel with all the facilities we need to enjoy our stay in Singapore.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The MRT station is very close and we were able to visit anywhere within its range very easily. Chinatown and Kranji War cemetery for instance.

Ask for a non-smoking room and insist on getting one. Also ask for a room on a higher floor.
