Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great property for a 1 night stay. It was close to Changi Airport. I would recommend to upgrade your room on check in to the 6th level. Why?? Because you get access to the lounge there which has food & beverages, computer access, outside seating. Later in the evening there is also Happy Hour from 6 - 8pm with free spirits etc. Breakfast is also served in there each morning. Others had to go to the main area on the bottom floor. Great for a quick transit.

Hideaway hotel
Next to beach and popular local food center
6.7
Hotels in Singapore are expensive and thus even though Changi Village is far from town, the rooms are nice and comfortable at a reasonable price. Be warned that it takes almost 30-45 mins to get from hotel to town especially during peak hours, but just minutes away from the airport. So if you are looking for a cheaper alternative than the airport hotel, no frills and one night stayovers this hotel is a good choice. Do check out the many eating places around the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Go local! 5 mins walk away is Changi village food center has one of the best "nasi lemak" (a fragrant Malay style coconut rice with fried chicken/fish). You can't miss the queue day or night.

Some hotel staffs are helpful, some are not. The management is quite helpful when we made some booking mistake.

Good service, facitlites but smaller rooms
Near airports and some good food area
9.7
Its a returning trip since we last tried. The facitlites in the hotel is enough for a couple to spend a beautiful in it. This is the first time that we took an excutive room we enjoy the free flow of wines and food for a period of 2 hours. The service staff were friendly and helpful.
If you are tired about the food in the hotel then around the place you will be able to find some good local food either in the coffee shops nearby or cross the road to the Changi Village Hawker Center.

Quality of hotel was good for the price paid

The stay at Changi Village hotel was pleasant. It is a place for a getaway from the City. Hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel was not overcrowded.
However, the room provided to us did not have any bedroom slippers and it was difficult to reach the housekeeping desk or operater to obtain them. In the end, we ended up without.

Nice hotel but the service really brings it down
4.7
Hotel has potential but the level of service and quality of the rooms unfortunately brings it way down.
I took my girlfriend there on her 25th birthday. We arrived at the check-in desk only to be greeted by an attendant that looked like he wanted to kill us rather than serve us. There were no smiles at this check-in desk.
We were told that our room was a twin bed as there was no other configurations available, after I asked him if it was possible he could help us get a double bed, he just smirked and told us we would have to pay extra to upgrade to a different room. The hotel was pretty empty thus we were quite taken back.
Most of the staff - apart from the cleaners and room staff - walked around the building looking rather sullen which made our experience even worse.
The room was rather old with paint falling off the walls and a broken shower. The carpets were stained and the curtains looked like something you would find in a hospital. Quite disappointing. The view was through a tiny old window looking into a back alley.

convenient, good quality hotel
Very handy hotel, close to airport.
9.3
great for when you have to catch an early flight
check-in was quick and the staff very friendly and efficient. rooms were clean and tidy, beds comfortable. airco wasn't delivering the low temperature i like but for most people it would be sufficiently cool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Great place to stay when you've done with sightseeing and you need to be close to the airport, Everyting at your fingertips

The area is reasonably clean and decent enough for the cost we have paid.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel restaurant offers a bit pricey menu, better have your meals outside and enjoy the value of your money.
