Was not able to get a room of my choice (non-smoking) and had to wait for 30 mins.

Lovely hotel
Nice ambience and surrounding area
7.7
check in was a long affair as rooms were not ready when we checked in around 5pm. had to wait for almost 45 minutes. finally got the room and the layout and presentation was nice. after long wait, took a rest in room but the sound insulation was a bit thin and we could hear clearly what was taking place outside.

Comfortable hotel and very pleasant staff
Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Swimming pool on the roof!

We were given a very warm welcome at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The complimentary shuttle bus service was excellent, the drivers were very friendly and helpful - a very organised service. The swimming pool on the roof was beautiful early in the morning, very refreshing and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great chill-and-relax location away from City
Good view of the sun-rise
7
i had one-night stay here in its duluxe room, and i thought it was pretty decent.
rooms and bathroom facilities look/feel clean. although i booked a non-smoking room, the room was very smoky when i first arrived. i asked the housekeeping to do something about it, and they got this equipment that "cleans" the air. however, there was still lingering smell of cigarettes through out my stay. also, i don't really like the beds/pillows, not comfortable in my opinion.
i really like the swimming pool of this hotel. it is at the roof top, lined with frangipani trees, and overlooks the sea afar. it is beautiful at night with the faraway lightings at the airport and the passing ships/ across border. plus, the passing of flying planes landing and leaving almost one every two minutes... good for viewing less of the noise pollution and lots of breeze. beautiful morning sun-rise view from the swimming pool too, if you decide to wake up early...
the location of the hotel is the best choice for executives looking for a weekend stay away from city/town. it has tasty and value-for-money food just within walking distrance at changi village. sumptuous seafood for dinner and yummy nasi-lemak for breakfast. don't forget coconut juice for chilling by the sea. not to forget, you may also opt for a day-trip to near-by island palau ubin too!

Nice and quiet hotel
Very clean and modern hotel room
9
We had our stay there for our wedding night. We chose there basically because the we had to rush to the airport at 4am next morning for our honeymoon vacation. So, we stayed at Changi Village Hotel for about 6 hours only. Overall, it's a very nice stay. A clean and modern room. In-house serves delicious food too. Definitely, one of the hotels we'll make a comeback.

The interior of the hotel is pretty nice, and the reception counter staff are very friendly and professional.
The rooms are not overly luxurious, but still comfortable. Got a good discount from Agoda, a good deal.

Nice, spacious rooms and pretty interior
The aesthetics and initial check-in service
8.7
Pros: Spacious for a superior room, friendly check-in staff, great location for those weary of the city.
Cons: Walls were fairly thin, so we could hear people talking as they walked by. Check-out staff was less friendly, refused to smile for some reason. Inconvenient security system to use elevators where we have to stick our room key into the slot in order to be able to access our room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Located at Changi Village, the location provides a welcome relief for guests tired of the busy city pace. Less than 5 minutes' walk to the Changi Ferry Terminal where one can jump on a boat to the neighbouring islands for a small fee. Plenty of food varieties available and walking distance to Changi Beach.
