The hotel staffs were all very helpful we got to the hotel dry and ready to go for shopping.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel have got a nice bar and restaurant. The price is considerable high but worth paying.

I waited more than an hour for a shuttle bus to take me from the airport to the hotel - after a long flight this was a real nuisance. I feel the hotel should have sent someone for me when I notified them that the 8.30pm bus had not arrived, but they said I would have to wait for the 9.30. Not a nice start.

Good hotel with efficient desk and concierge. The airport shuttle bus was efficinet, but some form of sign-posting at the airport and coach bay would have been useful.
The restaurant was very good.

Lovely hotel, great service, pleasant rooms
For a short stopover (less than 24 hours) in Singapore, this hotel is great. It is a short ride to the airport but not noisy and has great food stalls right next door for a cheap and delicious meal.

changi village hotel is in a very pleasant spot close to the water and a small park for walking or running. we enjoyed both the hotel and the surrounding village area.

Value for money hotel compared to other hotels with similar offers. Nice relaxing location with good food all around. Hawker centre food at Changi is famous and cheap. Also there are bars and eating places around. Only problem is that the hotel is far from City and taxi fare to city will cost more than $30 dollars. However, it is good retreat place and you will feel that you will be able to see a more rustic Singapore then if you stay in city hotels.
Restaurant Tip:
Nasi Lemak at Changji Hawker Center is very nice.

this is probably my 5th or 6th time at changi hotel. love the location as it is near the jetty to pulau ubin. also, the room is nice and clean. had good expereince during all other visits. very pleasant staff and overall i would highly recommend it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The jetty is 3-4 mins walk away from the hotel. Pulau Ubin is a rustic place suitable for the slightly active individuals. Great place to cycle around the island and see the other side of Singapore. Good and afforable seafood at the island. for one way to the island; bicycle rental starts from for the whole day!
Another place for dinner or drinks is Charlie's corner. Also around 2-4 mins walk away from the hotel. It is part of the big changi hawker centre. Charlie's corner serves all kind of international beer. (probably over 60 different beers!) Very afforable and good western food as well. For a mere SGD$23, you get a yummy piece of grilled tenderloin cooked to perfection!!
Dont forget to try breakfast at the hawker centre too! (tip: patronise stalls with long queues! ) personally i loved the Nasi Lemak (Malaysian coconut rice with savoury delights like fried chicken and long beans.
Just adjacent to the hotel is a 'Coffee shop' You will see the last stall selling Dim Sum. There you have very nice and healthy steamed prawn dumplings and rice rolls! Remember to try the glutinous rice in Lotus leaf.

Take a junk boat down to pulau ubin to cycle around the island or take a hike.
