the hotel is very comfortable. i had a very nice stay. loved the lightings and the concept of the cupboard. would like it better if the bathtubs are cleaner and comb is provided..but overall, i love the atmosphere and ambience of the hotel and would love to stay again! definitely the best option in the east. shuttle service proved 5 stars of the hotel service. driver is pleasant, service is really excellent!

Good service with a great smile but small room
Room and bathroom is clean. Good Service at the reception.

Bad sound proof. Stayed at Level 5 and certain area were under renovation. It really cause disturbance. And when other occupants close their door, it was big `slam door' sound. Woke up few times due to the loud sound.

Get Away Over Weekend

We booked a weekend stay at Changi Village Hotel. Overall the servies were good. The room was clean and the stay comfortable except for the noise from the airport near by (i.e. hearing the planes take off). Otherwise the stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a hawker center near the hotel. Try the famous Nasi Lemak at the hawker center. You will see a queue near the store.

There is s free shuttle to and from the airport. I was picked up as arranged and taken to the airport next day at the scheduled times. Hotel is very modern and clean with a very friendly service.
Travel tip:
Whilst convenient for the airport I did not experience trying to get to the city.

I was told the shuttle but to the hotel leave every on the hour but it was not true and it was hard to find the pick up point for shuttle but when we arrived at the airport and wasted the time. We finally took a taxi and it took more than I expected.

enjoyed my stay overall except this time my room had apoor view.housekeeping staff can be more courteous and respond time can be faster.with the new 711 store in the hotel itself it is more convenient for me to get whatever essentials i need.will recommend people who want a quiet getaway.

very nice quiet spot that was close to the airport. all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly when the room i was first given had a problem with a noisy airconditioner (even when turned off).
2 rooms after that were offered as nonsmoking rooms (on the 6th floor) but must have had smokers as the curtains and rooms smelled of smoke... since i'm allergic to smoke, the staff then found me a different room on the 7th floor that was fine.
the bus service to the airport was good, but not leaving at stated time, luckily got there in time, but would prefer if it could leave within 5 minutes of stated time, not 15 - 20 minutes later.
overall though, i was very happy with the hotel and definately with all of the staff, i would recommend this hotel again, and if not wishing to be close to the city, will stay there again
