Friendly staff . I told the staff at the reception we book the hotel to celebrate my son's birthday and they actually give us a nice birthday cake for my son. Which is a very nice gesture. But the waiting time for everything is rather slow. But overall still a nice experience.

Clean spacious room and value for money

Everything about my second stay at Changi Village was great - bedroom was spacious, bathroom was clean, it's close to cheap eats, would definitely return! Only gripe is that the pillows are too soft for a good nights sleep.

the hotel has shuttle bus taking guests to airport from 5am, which is very good and convenient. the staff there are helpful too. the hotel itself is very clean, and with bar close by. it is a very good place to stay for a stop-by.

Rooms are a little on the small side but quite comfortable, great location of hawker stand food and easy access to and from the airport
Breakfast was very good with a wide selection, staff are friendly and helpful

Good hotel, everything performed as we expected.
Two nice pools having enough space and sunbeds. Peaceful location outside citycenter but still enough foodrestaurants etc. nearby the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay enjoying pool areas and having exersises at high quality hotel gym. Breakfast was always good and transport to the airport goes every hour...nearest metro station is also at the airport - from there we can drive to city center. Good foodrestaurants and some small stores nearby the hotel at the walking distance.

A great hotel overall,not so convenience location

It was overall a pleasant stay. Upon reaching the hotel, I was surprise by it's location. To be honest, it is really consider very far from the City area. Since Singapore is consider quite small, 35 minutes drive from city to here, make me assume that they are both from different end, however, it takes only around 15 minute from hotel to Changi Airport. While checking in the hotel, I was offered to upgrade my room to executive room for just extra $50 SGD, I gladly accepted the offer. Some of the feature includes, free breakfast, free flow of cocktail in the evening, free access to executive lodge (includes coffee maker, snacks, fruit juice and soft drinks).
The room is really clean and new, spacious and comfortable. However, the bed was not so soft ( I believe because it's new), and I don't enjoy the bathroom as well, because you will have to take your shower inside the bathtub, but other than that, everything is just wonderful. I really enjoy the pool and the ambiance.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's having their flight on the next day. :)
Shopping Tip:
To those who is from the city, and interested to get to this hotel, Just take MRT to Pasir Ris (EW1) station, and then transfer to a cab/taxi. If you take Taxi/Cab directly from City to hotel, it's gonna cost around +-$25 SGD.
