Nice getaway

Spent one day at the hotel and received a free upgrade! Rooms were fine, generally clean. Hotel exterior probably needs some cleaning up, interior was ok. FAcilities well-maintained. Perhaps it was a relatively full weekend- but the breakfast area was somewhat disorganized. Nice food places in and around the hotel. Overall, a nice cozy setup. Relatively well-priced for a hotel in Singapore.

Hotel with great surroundings

We've been a repeat customer for this hotel since 2000. The reason for our frequent stay here is that we like the 'away from the bustling city' feeling whenever we are there. The hotel staff are also helpful and responsive to our requests.
One thing we notice for the first time is that the hotel has gone eco-friendly which is good for the environment.
The hotel may wish to note that the quilt and bed sheet could be made whiter to remove stains on them.
Restaurant Tip:
Lots of eating places.

hotel room's facilities were a little aged. Flush didnt work well. Lack tissue paper in room. Remote control for TV ran out of battery. Room size was ok.
Got a free upgrade from the staff to a Deluxe Room. But I felt that the staff was not friendly and lacked smiles.
Plenty of 24 hour food choices nearby

The executive apartments we took are allowed smoking. Very nice cozy bed with a huge space. Toilet with bathtub and ceiling shower, a study desk with a nice big adjustable chair. Free cocktail dinner between 6 to 8 and american breakfast for executive room patrons. Cocktail dinner serves wine, whiskey and finger foods like tapas, and drumlets.

Lovely place for a short getaway
good hospitality and service on the club floor

spent 2 nights to rest and relax. the club floor has cocktail serving finger food in the evening. enjoyed the food and ambience. hotel room is well equipped except the shower head at the ceiling did not work properly. the other detachable shower worked well but water seemed to splash outside the bathing area, making the floor very wet. a small swimming pool. overall, I enjoyed the stay.

A good and clean hotel, located near a food court. In this food court or street you will find practically anything, from Chinese food, Indian food and western food. I have sampled the Chinese food and found it as one of the better Chinese food in Singapore. However it is located very far from the main city and hence will be accessible unless you are driving.

Hotel Feature Tip:
The service and free use of the executive lounge throughout the day was wonderful. the morning breakfast and evening free snacks and drinks including wines and liquor is unbeatable. the service in the executive lounge was the best i have experienced in years the roof top swimming pool gives an excellent sight of the coast of singapore and a great place to watch airplanes takes off and landing the only negative comment is that check in was slow as there was only one staff each at check in and check out stations and sometimes a big group can precede ones arrival.
