Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Upscale airport hotel
Well appointed, friendly and cooperative staff
6.7
Not far from the airport but also adjoining a nature/beach walk, very relaxing. Unfortunately, rooms don't appear to have any insulation between them so any sound from adjoining rooms is quite audible.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Airport shuttle only one per hour, plan!

Great location with Free Airport transfers
Close to local Changi village bars & inexpensive eateries

The hotel was modern & clean. Proximity to airport meant that aircraft could be faintly heard throughout the night but the noise was not excessive. Changi village is quaint & a nice change from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Close To Airport, 6min Walk to local food centres, Great Pool View
7.3
this hotel offers a good stay and value, you can save alot as the local food centres are 6min walk. the pool views on the top of the hotel are great. however the room design is poor not user freindly in terms of power outlet locations when getting ready.
Hotel Feature Tip:

This is me and my partners favourite place. Everything over here is good and except the fact that the hawker center is under going renovation. This is the place for a couple to enjoy all day long. You can have a spa treatment in the hotel if not can relax and go to the seaside.
Nightlife Tip:
There is a wine bar situated at the side of the hotel lobby beside 7-11. Its a nice place with a good selection of affordable and good wines.

great hotel let down by poor service
6.7
Hotels in the city that have to compete for business provide a far better service. Changi Village relies on having no direct competitor in the village and poor service lets it down. The hotel is quite convenient for the airport and is in a great position for the tourist wishing to see Changi or take a trip to Pulau Ubin other than this it is quite isolated. With Singapores fantastic transport system a hotel closer to the city provides a far better option for someone to explore everything that singapore has to offer.

we had an extremely cold room despite adjusting air-conditioning temperature to 30degc. bathtub was stained and there were also coffee stains on the bedsheet. bed was decent sized although pillow was too high. hotel has sufficient amenities but i wouldn't return again.

i just stayed only one night here. it is not as close to the airport as i thought, a good 15/20 minutes away. the area around there did look like an interesting place to look aroud if had more time. the hotel does have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and runs every 1 hour. did not like the $s15 fee for internet. and breakfast quite expensive as well.

nice hotel near airport
hawker centre close to hotel
7.3
We arrived at the airport late at night and took taxi which costed around 12SG dollars. The room was clean and spacious. There was a hawker centre close to the hotel which was still open after midnight.
