Food, Drink and Entertainment
Patrons can choose to dine in the cosy, intimate ambience of Spices Café (lobby level), which serves international buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On weekends, local buffet high tea is offered. One of Singapore’s best Japanese restaurants, Nogawa is also located on lobby level. By the poolside on level four is The Pool & Bar where dining is relaxed with offerings like salads, sandwiches, light meals and thirst quenchers.
Spices Café The newly renovated Spices Cafe will provide a dining experience that will leave diners coming back for more. Imaginative, appetising and affordable, these are the 3 key elements the new barbecue sticks concept strives to achieve. By incorporating a variety of Asian and Western spices, herbs and ingredients and presenting it in small bites, diners get to enjoy and savour a wider variety of tantalizing meat, seafood and vegetable skewers.
Spices Bar Spices Bar is perfect for private discussions and larger gatherings over coffee or cocktails. The newly renovated bar is cosy, comfortable and intimate. Our wine selection is extensive and you can definately find a glass of red, white, or bubbly to compliment your personal tastes. Come on down to Spices Bar to experience a true retreat amidst an urban jungle.
Lobby Lounge Quench your thirst with an icy cold beer or gin and tonic while listening to melodic tunes of the Lounge piano, located in the atrium of the Concorde Hotel Singapore.
The Lobby Lounge also serves a select snack menu. While enjoying cocktails from our premium shelf bar, you may also enjoy some delicious finger foods or pastries as you unwind with a group of friends, or while simply catching up on the daily news.
The Pool & Bar Should you prefer ultra casual alfresco dining on Orchard Road during the day, tuck into a salad or sandwich at our Pool & Bar located in the pool area of Concorde Hotel Singapore. Poolside relaxation is at its finest while you enjoy a novel or catch some sun and sip on freshly squeezed tropical juices, a frozen cocktail, or a number of other refreshments from our Pool & Bar menu.
Nogawa Japanese Restaurant One of Singapore's best known Japanese restaurants.
Chef Nogawa panders to the discerning palate of his faithful followers with the freshest sushi and sashimi flown in twice a week from the land of the Rising Sun.

Conveniently located. Very clean. Staff are all polite and cooperative. They are very kind in helping guests for directions and others.
Elevators access to the room is rather confusing as we have to change elevators. Once you get use to it, it's OK.
Overall, our experience of staying at Concorde is excellent. In 2 days two taxis that we took home from the other parts of the city, didn't really know how to get to Concorde; but, when we told them that it's the old Meridian, they all said OK and took us there right with no problem. We had an enjoyable time staying at Concorde. If there is a second time for us to visit Singapore, we will choose to stay there again.
Shopping Tip : Make sure you have your passport with you to get an added discount at certain shops.

Great Location and close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Room is quite big.
Very reasonable people to deal with in the event of problems (if you are nice about it that is)
No escalator access or pedestrian ramp from any direction - stairs only - access very difficult with bags (if come by MRT as we did) or with a pram (as we used extensively!) Very annoying but location convenience makes up for it.
Doing washing in your bathroom and getting it dry is not easy.
Reasonably well priced hotel with very good location - convenient to MRT (Dhoby Ghaut - don't try to use Sommerset). And both ends of Orchard Rd are within easy walking distance if you don't mind the Singapore heat. Rooms are a good size - room to move without falling over your bags and the child playing on the floor :) Quite clean too although the carpet in our room was showing signs of age. Breakfast was very good without being exceptional - so long as you don't turn up 15 mins before then end. Satisfying and a variety of local and western food. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and friendly too. We had a couple of self inflicted problems when we were there and the hotel managers handled it very professionally and reasonably - quite impressed. They could teach a thing or two to many hotels costing far more about the right way to handle problems.
Having to cary child and pram up and down stairs to access the hotel was the major negative point for us. But the location does balance this out and we would happily stay there again.
Lastly, there is a good food court in the basement, Carrefours is nearby (Singapura Plaza), and it is worth remembering the bus to the night zoo stops in the lane behind the hotel. Very convenient all round.
Restaurant Tip : There is a food court downstairs in the basement of the building that has cheap good food. The Thai and Korean stalls are definitely worth checking out in particular.

under renovation and one lift working, my room facing "nothing" spectacular
the lotel is located at the end of Ordchard road and quite walk to the main shopping area, over prices for this type of hotel.
restaurant is nice and qood selection of food. the employees are very helpful. due to my wedding anuversary the receptionist told me to have lunch/dinner free so I left it for the last night and when I checked out they told me to pay for over priced dinner
Shopping Tip : if you go out of the hotel and walk to the left, you find big shopping mall which have all you want
