Great hotel
Good location and services available.

Hotel and room were very nice. Cosy and comfortable style. Great location and very easy access to the MRT. We were there just after Christmas, area was very nicely decorated. Pool was nice and very deep which was good for a change but unfortunately with repairs to the hotel going on was a bit of a hike to get to the pool.
Travel tip:
The night safari! - but go before dark so u can actually see more of the animals and miss the huge crowds. Also explore the burgis street markets- great bargains!

the check in process was swift.. the rooms were very nice and pleasant.. the proximity to orchard road is walking distance.. the hotel has a nice huge lobby.. very well maintained hotel. the staff is friendly. i wish i would have stayed longer in this hotel..

services are fast and good. the crews are friendly. they auto upgraded our room.
for the room, it gives a homely feeling. the lightings are warm and pleasant. we feel comfortable and welcomed. the room is neat and tidy.
it is located in the central of singapore. it is very convenient whereby shopping malls are within walking distances and different modes of transportation are just outside the hotel.

Good location to MRTs
Near to Somerset & Dhoby Ghaut MRT stations, convenient check-out time

The free parking is only the single lane outside the lobby. All basement parking are charged hourly via Autopass CashCard which the amount isn't cheap. The cleaniness of bedsheets need to improve.

convenient location with reasonable price
it's literally on Orchard Rd, so, we enjoyed Xmas illumination on Orchard through hotel window

as u can see my bad impression with them, don't expect high quality svc. but overall, location is good, we didnt try food so we don't know, concierge was helpful, doorman was smiley and always acted promptly. room we stayed was renovated and cleanness was ok, i liked it. oh one thing i must mention! that hotel lobby level was on 3rd f, to get there, u have to use public elevator from orchard rd level, so for security i must score 20 out of 100.

Great location
Convenient for shopping, food and transport till late nights and fantastic Christmas light up along Orchard Road

The room was tastefully furnished and spacious and we had an extra bed without much space taken. My sisters and I enjoyed this stay at Concorde as it was very memorable and added to our reunion. The shopping was great and without much hassle with transportation- we just walked back and deposited the shopping bags and off we went again. The malls open early and the food was in abundance!
Shopping Tip:
Start shopping along Mandarin Galleria side and when you have too many shopping bags, cross over to the other side of the road and take a bus back to Concorde which is only 2 stops away from ION and Marriot Hotel and CK Tang

concorde is a decent place to stay on orchard as it's walking distance to major shopping spots, without being too expensive. however service was poor. tried to check in at 2.30 but was told to wait an hour, so i asked if coming back at 4 is ok. eventually, i came back at 5 but the room still wasn't ready. ridiculous.

concorde hotel has the lowest room rate among all the 4+ stars hotel along orchard road, for convenience, we always return to concorde hotel for business.
