Walking distance to shopping area but not righ on top of them

The hotel was older but very clean and very well maintained. The only real down side with the breakfast. There was nothing that I would have went back to get. I only ate there the first time even though it was included, just not worth it.

Staff was troublesome as they were asking us to move because they want to us the room for other people. First time to receive such treatment. apart from that, it is great due to the location. room kinda old though.

Very nice hotel with a great location
the rooms were large and beds very comfortable. The breakfast was first rate and location on Orchard Road was a bonus for shopping.

Room size reasonable with only setback on noise on a neighbouring site under construction. Convenient to ask rooms on other side of the hotel. Staff corteous but not to smiling and kind to customers. The shopping mall underneath is nearly hopeless with several karaoke and from late afternoon you see the girls going around looking for business I presume. Food Court on 2nd basement, simple and cheap food. Hotel cafe with very good service and buffet with reasonable prices., with waiters well trained for smiling and being kind to guests.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are looking for a place accessible to shping area of Orchard Road and reasonable fare, this hotel is acceptable. Not that much for families
