Bad Service
Location
1. I was booked on Deluxe Room based on my online booking. 2. When I checked-in the reception recommended to upgrade to Executive Room by paying just only SGD20. 3. After checking-in and as I was going-out at 2pm I told them the air-conditioning was not working and the extra-bedding the bed-sheets and pillows were not there too. 4. When I cameback at 10pm the air-conditioning was not checked and the bedding was not done. 5. I called the reception and they finally sent the technician to check and the bedding too. The technician agreed with me the air-conditioning was bad. 6. I requested for a change of rooms and they were kind enough to upgrade to the Premier Room but it was useless too, cause the air-conditioning was pretty bad as it was warm through-out the night and I decided to check-out and move to another hotel. 7. So much inconvinience and you pay a lot and they claim they are 4 star. They are as good as a 3 star hotel. Never og there again.

An excellent stay!
We stayed in a premier room, more money but really first class. The staff were extremely attentive and the level of service was excellent. The only oddity: there were no facilties to plug in my laptop - a desk was provided in our room, but to use the laptop, I had to unplug either the desk lamp or the mobile phone. Very strange, given how everything else was just so. But it is a small matter to complain about.

Room service knock door early morning
Room service start picking up empty plates early morning. Even you are sleeping. Keep knocking door. To collect their plates & spoons.

Not all rooms have dvds. Was disappointing on that. Facilities such as swimming pool and gym close too early.
