One of the worst hotel that i stayed in Singapore.
Location
Was poor in term of facility and over rated. I will not recommend to anyone.

My parents bad experience
Good location, bigger room, and clean
This is my parents experience here. My parents stayed for 08 oct till 13 oct. Actually, i booked the room using 3 differences id booked because when i was calling my travel agent she said that if u stay during weekend there is a special promo that give u a breakfast so i took that. And for the weekday i have to book with the different booking too. So for breakfast, they would have started from saturday till the monday and the staff hotel said like that. The bad experience is on their last breakfast on monday. When they were eating, one of the staff restaurant said that they didnt get any breakfast. So my parents said to checked it first and they still said that my parent didnt get it. It's okay when my parents think that if they really didnt get the breakfast they would pay for the breakfast. But the staff restaurant is really annoying. They called their manager and told like that my parents just wanted to have a "free breakfast without paying". My parents started angry. They felt so ashamed because everyone who were there looked to they. And my parents told to the manager to check it first to the hotel staff with angry voice. And when they already checked, they said it was the program fault and said that my parents true. After that the manager just go away without any other word like "sorry for the inconvenience". What a bad manager and staff like that! After they had to blame my parents for the "free breakfast", make my parents so ashemed, and annoying when they had a breafast thay didnt said sorry. It was really a bad experience. I wish the hotel crew will increase their service and for the customer care!
