Good location but a little run down.

Packing is a little inconvienet and troublesome, end up parking at the paid lot. Otherwise, the price is right.
There is a fantastic Sashimi joint at the lobby serving Sea Urgin !

staff was friendly and helpful and serviced us adequately. although you could tell the room was quite old, it was pleasantly maintained and made quite a comfortable stay. the toilet was showing obvious signs of aging but should not be much of a bother as it was still clean and presentable. the main reason for anyone wanting to stay at the concorde would definitely be the location, room was good and other than a bathroom that needed a minor upgrade, it definitely was an enjoyable stay all in all and we would consider staying there again.

overall enjoyed this hotel, nice location, however u still need taxi need to walk in very hot singapore.

Friendly staffs, great location. Room is spacious, neat, clean, comfortable decoration with a king size bed and surprisingly the room has a separate study room. The bathroom is equipped with a tub and fixed shower on the wall, there is no separate shower area.

we booked four rooms. 2 rooms were near the elevators, however the other two was too far away from the elevators. i have 2 elders and a young child with me so it was a little bit tiring to walk all the way to the rooms which are located at the back.

orchard road is full of shopping malls

Good location on Orchard and close to Clarke Quay as well. Hotel itself is a bit dated and worn, but clean. Internet was include for only 1 device and was really unusable. Dropped connections constantly and was very slow. Laundry charges were excessively expensive.

location was close enough to orchard road and all the major malls especially 313 somerset. convenient enough to walk. the shopping mall connected to the hotel was not good though and should not be relied upon for shopping sprees. there is also a hawker stalls area right beside the hotel which travelers may find as an interesting and affordable place to grab a bite. the hotel itself is a great value for the price, rooms were clean and made up everyday, beds were comfortable, size was fairly large.

good location, walking distance to orchard road and all major shopping malls especially 313 somerset. the shopping mall connected to the hotel however is on the low end side and is not really ideal for shopping sprees. the hotel itself is good value for the price. rooms are clean and modern and amenities are complete. service by staff was good as one of our rooms was upgraded for free to a premier room when our original deluxe room was not ready yet upon check in.
