Great hotel, great room, great locations
Good locations on orchard road which is full of stores

I love stayed here. I can walk out to orchard road to shopping or searching restaurant easily.
Shopping Tip:
You can walk through Orchard Road which is have so many stores, restaurants, and shopping malls.

Spacious Rooms and Convinient Locations

We were there for a long weekend and we enjoyed and satisfied with the service and the rooms, the only minus was they couldnt get us a smoking room as we requested from the booking.
The hotel was located right on the street of Orchard Road so very convinience for shopping and food.

Comfortable rooms, love every bids about this hotel. Have a great stay here with my family.
Plus its just right end of Orchard Road. And next door we have few hawker stalls. Very convenient to get something to eat.

Decent pricel, OK location but dismal entrance

at sgd221 net for an orchard road location, it seemed attractive at the time of booking. when i arrived by foot, looking at the entrance (via concorde shopping mall, my heart skipped a beat. i quickly understood why the rate is cheaper than the rest in orchard road. the location was also not the most ideal being on the other side of orchard. if your orchard mecca is takashimaya or ion, then this hotel is not for you. however the room was more than satisfactory. decent size, clean, and modern decor. better than marina orchard (where a friend on the same trip stayed) in that respect. if you are looking for value for money and do not mind the extra walk, that concorde comes highly recommended.

great find on orchard road
good value for orchard road. renovated rooms, clean, close to shopping district

only negative is entrance area to hotel as access from street is via a lobby area and then a lift up to the hotel. the lobby area is tired and can be smokey from the nightclub located there. girls also hanging around the area which not so nice for families.

The hotel seems to be old outside, but when you get inside you'll be surprised at how nice the hotel is, it has a huge lobby and the rooms are very spacious. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a nice view and comfortable bed at no extra cost. The staff are friendly. It is along Orchard Road, walking distance from shopping malls. There's a food court at the basement that serves good and affordable food. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel to my friends, and would certainly go back to this hotel next time we visit Singapore.
