Very good hotel
The location is very good

1st time here. We didn’t know what we were going to find. The hotel is a full 4 stars hotel. Very nice lobby, standard rooms but very clean and good staff. The location is perfect. 1 block from MTR, in the orchard road, next to shopping malls and 7/11 stores. I recommend this hotel very good, only if the price is good. Be careful, take the hotel with breakfast. If you pay there, cost 70 Singapore dollars for 2 people, very expensive.
A couple of issue only, if you arrive walking, is very very difficult to find the lobby. Is in the 3rd floor of a store building. But if arrive by taxi is ok. From airport to hotel is only 20 - 25. Also the internet is very very bad, that was the only problem.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go out and walk 1 block to the left, you will arrive to shopping mall with several restaurants, all good. also very good stores to shopping, but don’t think too much, singapore is very expensive.

Nice Hotel with very good location

We arrived around 1.00pm and asked for a quiet room in the upper floor. The receptionist offered us a floorat a 7th floor which is quite convenient. When asking for the newspaper, it got less than 5 min to have it. The breakfast is good and service is quite efficient.
Very near to shopping centers (OG, Robinson) and MRT.

rooms a bit gloomy but convenient

i stayed there for 4 days in january 2013.
rentend an executive room and got a fair deal from agoda. room rate is inclusive of internet, which in singapore is really a plus since hotels tend to charge a high amount.
romm is clean, well furnished. good bed, nice work station and quite extensive tv choices for singapore standards.
my room did not have a nice view, and day light was not ample. since the color theme (walls etc) is dark, this gave a slightly gloomy aspect.
for this trip my room rate did not include breakfast, but i remember from previous stays that it is a good buffet thing with extended choice of options.
i like also the pool, you are not in the resort, but i was able to take some rest in the sun and its orientation guarantees for exposition for the best part of the day.
since it takes 5 minutes to reach the mrt, it's quite easy to move around.

A nice Hotel with good service & at good location

My family and I are very happy staying in this Hotel. It is easy to get transportation to the Universal Studio (free of charge) and closed to the shopping malls.
