Great Location for Shoppers but room quite warm

It was a great stay overall, we enjoyed ourselves very much. We will definitely pick Concorde for our next visit.
Shopping Tip:
If you are staying at Concorde, there is no need to travel elsewhere for your shopping. Its right at your doorstep.

hotel is in a very remote location at the north end of phuket. u need a hire car. otherwise your stay will be spoilt by transport worries.
the rooms are large modern and of good standard.
the breakfast included in the price was substantial and of good quality.
it is very much a holiday hotel
at night when we went back to the room the lift was broken......!!

if you not worrying much about the Hotel, it was a pleasant stay,my family and I use the room for sleeping through the night and going out the entire day, love the location cause it's close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, a major interchange station on the Mass Rapid Transit of Singapore and in the orchard road as well, not to mention it has plenty local food restaurant open till 4 AM next to the Hotel.

We were greeted with smile. Check in process was fast. All the staffs are friendly. We felt welcomed. Room is clean but looks a bit old. Just the standard old design of Concorde hotel. The dustbin in the bathroom - they should change it to better quality. Not a major concern but it really drop 1 star from the hotel status :P Deluxe room is quite spacious and price is reasonable. Room service is fast. Concierge service is excellent. He even helped us to fix the locking problem for one of our lugages - thanks a lot!! excelelnt customer service :)
Shopping Tip:
Perfect location for shopping. Surrounded with shopping mall, all are at walking distance. Looking for branded stuffs? U got it here. Not so branded - also here. Have toddler - don't forget the stroller ;) It's tiring to walk.

Overall, this is a great hotel and the staff is so great. But there is 1 thing that bothers me until now. When I was checked out, my room has been charged for telephone calls for 10 cents that I didn't use. Although, the bill was cancelled by the staff (great staff), who is using my phone at that time?
