In my personal opinion, I received perfect services from the staffs while I was staying at Copthorne King Hotel.
The Buffet in King Hotel looks delicious and it is really a valuable hotel to stay if you booked through agoda website.
However, the location is not walking distance to the central and recommend to stay near the public transport in Singapore.

Walking along the singapore river side across the road in the evening would be an impressive experience. The colourful and rocking music from the night club and pub could easily cheer you up all whole night.

Room is smaller than expected as one would expect the older hotels in Singapore to have spaceous rooms. Receptionist staff were eficient and friendly. Its location is good for business travellers.

We needed a place in SIngapore to overnight and found this special on Agoda. Copthone King was good because of the price although the rooms were a bit small. We did not eat there because it was handy to all the food places and all these places were within walking distance. I would recomend this hotel for travellers who are not fussed about 5 star and more price concious.

On the agoda website, the hotel was listed as having Free WiFi, which is one of the main reasons I had booked room at the hotel in the first place. Upon my enquiry at the reception, I was told that there is no free WiFi in the rooms, so I had to pay for Internet separately. Apart from that, no major issues, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall.
Shopping Tip:
China town is walking distance from the hotel, so don't miss to check it out!
