Kind staff, location is pracical, laundry is very useful. Room service is quite slow. The loacation of the hotel is very central. It is close to the river with all the restos but also walking distance to shopping centres. But even in the hotels there are very nice restaurants. The staff is helpful and kind and front desk/ concierge are fast and effective. The rooms are full of light, beds are very comfortable. In the bathroom we had all the items we neede for a stay, even tootbruhes, which is not found in all hotels. Unfortunately the pool area is a little small and there were not many lounge chairs. On the other hand the laundry room was a great discovery and we were positively surprised.
But room service needs to improve. We waited 35 min for a wine opener.

Location is convinient to everywhere. Rooms are too small. There was an odor in the room. The room did not give me a refresh or clean feeling.

Helpful hotel staff, free internet access, comfortable big king sized bed, and comfy sofa. No smoking lobby/ cafe/ f&b outlet in the hotel The peranakan buffet dinner is worth going, and parking during your stay is complimentary no matter how many times you exit and enter. Nearby tiong bahru hawker center or zion road hawker center if you are looking for local food!
Nightlife Tip : Very near Zouk - walking distance!

Over all the Hotel is great especially for business travellers; it is outskirt the shopping area. The place is so peaceful and quiet.
Need to improve is there breakfast, they should change menu everyday, and no repetition.

Water Pressure, clean, quick response from staff The hotel has good amenities. I have not tried the pool, gym and the sauna, but was able to check it out. All are ok and clean. About the Sauna, the only problem is that the instruction on how to operate it, is different from the control box.
The staff are accomodating and the room is clean specially the bathroom. They have safe box to keep your important items.
It is just the breakfast food that for me have few choices when it comes to meat products.
If you do not have a car, there is a bus stop nearby.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hotel is near clark quay wherein there is lot of restaurants and night life.

What can I say one of the best hotels for friendliness, service, clean, and everything reasonably priced. Beds comfortable, showers are exceptional The hotel is centrally located has very good transport in the form of taxi's and buses coming and going all the time.
Staff are very friendly and helpful from the time you arrive until you leave.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, there is a good selection of restaurant, bar and coffee shop. The selection of food was excellent and fresh I can highly recommend this hotel
Shopping Tip : Very close to Orchard Road for shopping and city center for business the best of both worlds

good value Bathroom can do with an overhaul What a nice welcome I got despite the late hour of arrival. Its not very hard to give a friendly smile and so nice to receive. Very friendly front office staff no matter how busy! The restaurants in the hotel are of excptional quality especially the Groundfloor Restaurant which serves the best Penang Fare i have ever tasted in Singapore. The staff there is also very experienced and extremely helpfull. Gym and swimming pool are nice.Highly recommend this hotel

Close to city centre. Remembered me from previous visits. Got a free upgrade..Ye Haaaa Getting a bit frayed around the edges now I have stayed here many times. Once for 2 months..That was 2 years ago and things have changed. Still happy to stay but it could do with a revamp.Smells damp now (especially around the bar).I realy can not complain. For the money and location it is still worth a viait. I would avoid the new tower higher floors even if you do smoke. Get a non smoking room with balcony. It is worth it.
Travel tip : If you smoke. Get a Non smoking room with a balcony and smoke outside. It costs slightly more but try and avoid the new wing (tower).

the pillow is very good and there's coin laundry Need to call housekeeping to do the room cleaning and internet is chargeable The hotel rate is attractive. The bed and pillow is good. There's coin laundry and dryer on 3rd Floor. Really a great news for us. The bad thing is it is far away from the MRT Station (10 mins walking to Chinatown MRT). It is not easy as in daytime (too hot) and night time (too tired). The room is tiny (Std Room)and internet services is chargeable. Overall speaking, it's okay.
Nightlife Tip : Clarke Quay (5 mins driving from the hotel). A must go place

Copthorne King's Hotel - affordable, nice, clean and well maintained environment
The 1st occasion when i went there to stay, they couldn't retrieve my reservation of an superior room. Instead, they gave me an upgraded room without any additional charge. I'm glad that they did not ignore my booking. The service that they have given me was excellent. the room was great, room service was terrific! If given a chance to stay again, i will definitely choose to stay the hotel again.
Shopping Tip : Near Central Area. Great for shopping!

Good Location, easy transport to all locations, clean and comfortable room, great views from the room especially at night. Hotel concierge was very helpful and assisted us in getting transport to KL on the same day. Reception at night and daytime gives different answers. The night shift said we could extend our stay with the same rates from Agoda however the day shift wanted to charge us 3 times the amount. Hotel has a great location, with a short taxi or bus ride to Orchard road or a short walk to the mall and quay. Nightime walks were safe and beautiful. The hotel staff are friendly and try to help their best, however they can give different answers of the same hotel questions. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and transport to andfrom the airport is very easy. Will stay there again
Nightlife Tip : most places close early even on weekends, 1am is the latest they were open

Close to Robertson and Clarke Quays
Nice Swimming pool area A/C in room not too effective
Shower didn't work very well Copthorne Kings is in a great location. Walking distance to Clarke and Robertson Quays and not too far from Chinatown - couple of dollars in taxi. Room was ordinary but very clean. Recommend close walking distance restuarant called Ems at Robertson Quay. Pool area including spa, sauna and steam room was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money was okay.

Cleaning and location is good. Staff not friendly and shutter bus service is very poor. Fire flighting alarm system got problem and disturb our sleep on night time. The location for hotel is quit good and easy to take public transportation. The staff is not so friendly and they doesn't care for those customer not look like boss. The shuttle bus service is very poor. For rainy time, shuttle bus should be stop at the entrance of the hotel, but the driver stop the bus at the hotel nearby. The bus is also not reach in time, always late about 10-15 minutes.

Customer service, facilities, fittings in the room and excellant shower. A little out of town but good shuttle service from Great World City. I requested a double bed and room facing the front but upon arrival was told there were no rooms available with a double bed, so i got upgraded to a room with twin beds but a balcony and it was the superior room, very nice.
Shopping Tip : Get the shuttle service from Great World City (5 minutes walk) and head to Orchard Road or China town.
