We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again. The room was nicely decorated and the staffs were friendly and helpful. The food selection were really nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. This hotel is suitable for all types of travellers especially those with kids and those wanting to stay slightly out of town.

Had a good time over there in the hotel, The room was neat and with all basic needs. Hope the price for the twin water bottels are reduced or it would be even better if they come as free. Only drawback was any items in the mini bar is expensive, may be management should look into it so as guest can use them.

I enjoyed the hotel and its facilities, however the Superior room was too small for me and my wife compared to others. However I give thumb up for the friendliness of its staff members

Great location but needs a revamp

i was expecting a little more from a copthorne hotel but copthorne king's hotel really needs a look into. the moment we arrived, not only was the concierge not there to welcome us, they took their time to carry our luggages to the lobby. the check-in staff were professional but they could be more helpful in terms of helping us to store our luggage and bring it up to the room while we walked about town as we arrived at the hotel earlier than check-in time.
the room itself, albeit tiny and rather dull in colour, was clean and so was the bathroom. overall, not value for money but convenient.
