Location was good and the room was in good condition. Internet charges were pretty high.
The gym equipments need some improvement. For e.g. the weights are irons which were a little rusted and the bike pedals do not have any strap to keep your feet intact. My stay at the hotel was very good. I liked the location as it was close to Clark Quay and also I was able to do my jogging along the Kallang river. Buses were available right outside the hotel, to go to city and orchard road. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The internet charges were pretty high, I wish it was a little lower. The breakfast selection was limited for the price they charge. I had dinner at the hotel once, and ordered noodles, which was pretty bad compared to what I had in the outside restaurants.
Restaurant Tip : Clark Quay is close by and has a good selection of food for dinners.

Traditional penang food which include non hallal food. Shld have more seating area for guest who prefered a/con waiting area. Copthorn King Hotel singapore is a value for money hotel which provide comfortable rooms, delicious food both Chinese Restaurant & coffee house buffet.Ample parking space & comfortable waiting area.As wifi is common every where in singapore, hotel should provide this in lobby area. Charging S$0.54/min for guest using computer in business area is excessive.

the only downfall i had during my stay was my bed was to firm. other than that my stay at the copthorne king hotel was superb. the staff was great and really took care of me and my friends. the was very spacious and morden. the room was very clean and well kept. the food was excellent.

The second night my room price almost doubled and the bed was a little too firmbut overall my stay was good. All the ammunities were current and up to date. The spaceooous room was very comfortable and inviting. The friendly staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was excellent and well prepared.

Room is EXCELLENT.
Service is GOOD.
Executive Lounge is comfortable.
Room is clean, tidy, good TV with more channels, Bell service is good, Transport service is good, Service not bad. I preferably like the pillow. Can make the reception counter more grand, it looks like too simple. FOREX exchange shall be available. Can increase no. of bus thru and flow from MRT stations, extend the service schedule, can consider to use van replace shuttle bus since it was not too many customers would like to take bus.

Room is quite new and the service is good. Nearby china town. This hotel is ok and clean. The location of this hotel is nearby china town. I definitely will go back to use their service.

Close to rive and within walking distance to Clarke's Quay. Had to argue and finally was switched to correct room. Not great customer service. Food was not good at all either for breakfast or at the bar. Pool was OK, but no service other than via phone. Take your own beverages and food if you go to the pool. This hotel is way overrated for the price.

Able to extend checkout time to 2pm in the afternoon. Checkout is fast. At the ground floor is the restaurant which serve good food. beside the restaurant, there is a cafe cum pub which open til 2am in the morning. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Most important of all, most rooms can have a view of the pool view. The location of the hotel is near to chinatown, boat quay and orchard road which is value for money.

Worth the money
room is clean and spacious
extra pillows of your preference Mattress is too hard

Not enough seating in lobby I chose the hotel because of the price and the look of the room. It's not close to subway station but I do not mind taking taxis. Hotel offers extra pillow (down, cotton, etc) for pillow lovers like me. The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The check-in and check-out processes were quick. I would recommend the hotel to my friends.

Very clean and well priced hotel.Efficient check in and friendly staff.Great breakfasts And very reasonably priced.Pool stays open until 9pm a little bit out of the way,but there is a very efficient shuttle bus service We found this hotel to be very clean and well priced.The staff were very friendly and efficient.The shuttle bus service runs every 30 mins to Orchard Road and other sight seeing spots around town.which compensates a bit for the hotel being a bit out of the way.Would recomend this hotel to anyone.

I was there during Formula One weekend,and didn't the price take advantage of that. I've stayed in better 3 star hotel at one third the price. The room is small and drab, the bathroom tiny, the room service very expensive, no free internet and even if you pay for internet it isn't even wireless.Needless to say i don't recommend it and i won't be back !

freindly and helpful staff, clean room Located far from MRT , A bit tiny room ,Too expensive to access hotel internet Nice and clean building , very polite staff and helpful with always smile . The rooms are clean all things can work well but a little bit tiny and no balcony(my room) .The located a bit far from MRT about 10-15 mins. walk if go to MRT by taxi cost will be 3-4SGD. have gas station near the hotel with 24 hours convenince store that's easy to buy snack and beverages every time you need.
Nightlife Tip : go out and spend the night at Clark Quay river side just 5-10mins walk from hotel.

best feature of the hotel was the lovely little balcony in each room. The Spa and the pool are a great place to relax after a long day. I was not happy with the price of the Breakfast. $25 for a breakfast is a bit much much aspecially if you dont eat much. We arvied at the hotel and found that we were greated by some very freindly staff. It did not take long before we had our key and we were up in our room. the Balcony off the room was a very lovely touch and the complimentary bath robe, slippers and toothbrushes were a lovely touch. Getting out to see the sites was fairly easy from the hotel, taxi's would come by regulary and they are faily cheap way to get around. The bell boy staff are very helpfull to call one for you. I must say that I was dissapointed with the cost of the breakfast $25 dollars was a bit much if you dont eat that much for breakfast. I would deffinatly come back and stay in this hotel if I came back to singapore.
Restaurant Tip : If you are facing out of the hotel to the left around the coner is some great seafood restuarants that are reasonably priced. its just a short walk.
