Front desk staff. Not friendly as one would expect, very business like
The room has seen better days. Internet connectivity was not very good. Check in and discovered used instant coffee sachets on the foor. Room had a musky smell(carpets)

Very helpful and pleasant on arrival and check in without any delay
The only weakness found was I felt the grouting around the bathroom tiles needed raking out and replacing.
The hotel is located in a quiet area but still in an ideal position for getting into the town centre and the provision of a free shuttle bus service running regularly makes life easy and pleasant.
The staff I found to most pleasant and helpful particularly in advising me where to go for a new case.
The resturant offers a good variety of dishes both snack style and full meals and an early start of breakfast at 0530 hours suited me as i had an early flight.
The ability to get into a waiting taxi at the door is a nice facility and the hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Singapore
Shopping Tip : The Staff seem to know exactly where to buy good quality mechandise at competative prices
