Fabulous hotel. Curtious and extremely helpful staff. The best hotel room I have stayed in on 3rd level. Huge room and great amenities. My husband and I both had a massage at the spa also fabulous. Dinner great, lots of choice. 2 minute walk to the airport, great for a short stop over.
Wine was outrageously expensive and then paying the high taxes was certainly not agreeable to us.
Certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in but it is a airport hotel so not near the city of Singapore. This is our second time there and we would also stay there again. We do stop over from London just to have a break as we find the flight too long in one go. I would give it 5 out of 5. Oh except for the wine!!!

You have great decor, service
Couldn't shut off the bathroom light, had to close curtain
We checked in much earlier this time, our flight landing at 8PM rather than 2AM on our flight to Singapore. We were able to have a great dinner at the Chinese restaurant (though we couldn't figure what half the menu was all about!) with the help of the local staff. Later we were able to have a great night's sleep in the large comfy king size bed. We will come back next time we travel through Singapore!

The room was lovely, loved the flowered glass wall
Having to pay for the movies, and a very limited choice of free tv channels, prices of the food and drinks
After a long flight the hotel check in was really easy and the staff really polite, And was given a free upgrade on my room with a runway view. Got to the room and was really impressed with the standard, and the view was great. Didn't really spend much time in the room as it was a stopover but when we got back to the room late, we thought we might have problems falling asleep with the noise from the runway but you couldnt even hear it, Was very impressed!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to the information desk for any questions they were the nicest people and helped us get as much in, in the very little amount of time we had!
