When we arrived we were asked to join the Club and were up sold on the features and benefits.
This is without doubt the best location as we had travelled of three weeks non stop and the idea of lugging suitcases around Singapore again did not sound like fun.
This is when we meet Marlin and his boss and colleagues, they were all so helpful and nothing was any trouble.
Because Marlin was so willing to answer questions and if did not know was willing to find out, it gave the whole Club thing a different meaning, normally Club would mean you sit there on your own and be spoiled, but Marlin engaging you help you engage with others, even to arranging to meet the following happy hours to compare notes.
Great PUB and keep up the good work.
Travel tip:
If you only have a few hours the East Coast restaurants are only 10 minutes and $10 in a taxi, if you like water parks WildWild Wet is only 20 minutes away, even the biggest of kids will love this one all year round.

Fabulous hotel with great service
Conveniently located at the airport.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was a great place to spend the night for a long early morning flight. Everything we needed (including a scale to help with packing) was available.
Restaurant Tip:
There are plenty of restaurants a Changi. Do not limit yourself to the food at the hotel while staying there.

The room was big and so comfort. The facilities were good. Good locations for customers' visits in Changi Airport area. It's an ideal hotel for business or stay over. However, for sightseeing, it is a bit far away from city center.

simply because it was super close to the changi airport, we chose to stay there in order to catch the early morning flight.
room is clean and good condition (not old).
despite it is close to airport, we did not experience much the noisy came from the planes.
something to improve, would be flight information and thee free wi fi.

fantastic hotel on changi airport. our room has a great view of the 5 lane road and the airplanes taking off. for transiting it can be a little expensive but the rooms are large and very comfortable with a huge breakfast spread. the internet is expensive.

having arrived at changi airport t2 it took just 5 minutes to travel by skytrain to t3 and 1 minute later at the hotel reception at 8pm - with a flight the next day at 11:30am this a great hotel to stay at. the city was easily accessible by train (40mins) or taxi (25mins).

We had an excellent stay. Very comfortable bed in a huge room. Very convenient (extremely good because it's interlinked with the Airport)and near to the MRT Station which is easy to move around the cities.And the bathroom (very spacious, clean and adequate toiletries all in tip-top working conditions).Will recommend to others to stay in the hotel.

A gem of a hotel in a very busy airport

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and very well set up. Not at all what you would expect from an airport hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you had to stay at an airport hotel, this is the one to be in. You wont think you are at the airport.
