Fabulous hotel. Curtious and extremely helpful staff. The best hotel room I have stayed in on 3rd level. Huge room and great amenities. My husband and I both had a massage at the spa also fabulous. Dinner great, lots of choice. 2 minute walk to the airport, great for a short stop over. Wine was outrageously expensive and then paying the high taxes was certainly not agreeable to us. Certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in but it is a airport hotel so not near the city of Singapore. This is our second time there and we would also stay there again. We do stop over from London just to have a break as we find the flight too long in one go. I would give it 5 out of 5. Oh except for the wine!!!

You have great decor, service Couldn't shut off the bathroom light, had to close curtain We checked in much earlier this time, our flight landing at 8PM rather than 2AM on our flight to Singapore. We were able to have a great dinner at the Chinese restaurant (though we couldn't figure what half the menu was all about!) with the help of the local staff. Later we were able to have a great night's sleep in the large comfy king size bed. We will come back next time we travel through Singapore!

great location easy to find, great views. nice bathrooms. alot of room. sometimes you can hear the planes land in the morning. one of the best transit hotels i have come across service is excellant. singapore is a wonderful place to visit on transit. only must do in singapore is breakfasta the zoo and the tiger brewery tour!!!!

The room was lovely, loved the flowered glass wall Having to pay for the movies, and a very limited choice of free tv channels, prices of the food and drinks After a long flight the hotel check in was really easy and the staff really polite, And was given a free upgrade on my room with a runway view. Got to the room and was really impressed with the standard, and the view was great. Didn't really spend much time in the room as it was a stopover but when we got back to the room late, we thought we might have problems falling asleep with the noise from the runway but you couldnt even hear it, Was very impressed!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to the information desk for any questions they were the nicest people and helped us get as much in, in the very little amount of time we had!

the rooms were great, the view was fantastic you can hear the areoplanes land at about 7.00am in the morning. we stayed for 2 nights in transit we found the hotel nice well kept and very clean. we enjoy the easy of accessing the train station all signage was easy to read the staff are friendly and helpfull. the access the airport was painfree i recommend this hotel to anyone waiting in transit

3 minutes walk from the airport,excellance of the highest order Arriving just after midnight,a short walk from the airport, the reception desk staff were polite and helpful, the room was of the highest standard, after a quick shower we were soon fast asleep.An early morning call raised us from our slumbers, our breakfast was a delight,a range to suit every taste,a speedy check out saw us on our way, again just a short walk to our flight.

Beautiful new hotel, very convenient especially for flights leaving from Changi Terminal 3. Excellent porter service! Very comfortable bed and hi qualuity linens. Unfortunately gate to departure hall was locked and thus access to early morning flights was only by going a flight down and then back up on the terminal side. MAybe this could be corrected?
A/C blasts directly on the sleeper's head!!

Travel tip : Convenient (MRT) Metro access to downtown Singapore.

Joined to the airport, part of terminal 3 and connected to terminals 1 & 2 by sky-train .
Very new with modern facilities. The Club room Food & beverage are not up to usual Club room standards The Crowne Plaza Changi is a very modern facility in the new Terminal 3 at Changi Airport.Nice rooms with modern fixtures. The pool is especially nice with palm trees growing in the pool.Even though the hotel is at the airport you do not hear the air traffic.The only downside to our stay was the food and beverage in the Club room. The coffee machine was broken down / no coffee available. There was a happy hour with drinks and snacks, the snacks were very limited and not really fresh, you had to keep approaching the staff for more drinks / not usual international Club room standards.

location, transport, and great quirky rooms absolutely perfectly located at terminal 3, with the taxi prices can even be a great place to hub for all of singapore tours. great view of all the new A380's and very quiet, even at the airport.

Very convenient to airport A very accessible hotel.All terminals are within easy reach on the skytrain,and the budget terminal by shuttle bus.Very clean and spacious rooms,and quiet despite being close to the runways .The city is very close and cheap to get there.A good hotel for a quick stopover.

Location is perfect for a stopover. Bed is very comfortable and good. The water in Singapore had a lot of chlorine, too bad that the hotel charge Sin $ 12 for a medium bottle of mineral water.
At least 1 bottle of drinkable pure water must be given as a compliment for the guests like in many nice hotels we had been.. We came from Istanbul early in the morning and really needed to sleep , because we could not sleep at all in the plane and we had to continue our trip to Canada the next morning.
She had tried her best to give us a room at 11 am,eventhough the check in time was 2pm and the hotel was really full.
We really appreciated her nice effort.

walking distance to airport, great service, friendly staff
elevator on 1 side of hotel and we had the other side of the hotel, so its a far walk to 1 side to the other side if you are not close to life
great hotel when you are staying for 1-2 nights in singapore,very clean,nice staff and great rooms.city is only $20 singapore dollars and about 20 minutes drive by taxi so very easy to get to.cost of rooms is fair for where it is .only complaint is the lift is in a poor position if your room is on the other side of the lift which on both occasions this was my case

Beautiful hotel with great service. Unfortunately we only had one night to spend there but in the short space of time we found the hotel to be really impressive. Our standard double room was spacious with a huge bed and a fantastic bathroom. The design of this hotel is simply beautiful. There is a fridge and minibar and tea/coffee facilities as usual. Our room was very clean and with a big flat screen tv. The swimming pool is amazing just to look at and so is the lobby area. Everything in the hotel is very arty and staff are very helpful and attentive. Unfortunately we did not get to try out the breakfast or use any of the facilities in the hotel. If you are only transitting overnight in Singapore, this would be a great hotel as it is only a short walk from collecting your luggage after your flight to the hotel without even having to step foot outside of the airport building! And you can use the airport trolley right up to the reception desk of this hotel!
Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel is within the vicinity of the airport building so no need to take taxi. Very convenient for overnight guests who are transitting only.

1. New hotel,good sized rooms, very modern features.
2. Direct links to terminals 1,2,3 and via shuttle bus to Budget terminal.
3.Very nice pool. 1.All food and beverage very expensive.
2. No free water, there were small bottles of Fugi water provided in the room but they were $12.00 each.
3.The Club room food and beverage was poor.There were a few finger foods available, the sandwiches seemed to be from the previous day,the coffee machine was broken and they did not even have instant coffee available. The service in the club room was inattentive. The Crowne Plaza Changi Hotel is very new, nice rooms with modern features. The Club room offers very poor value for money and the other food and beverage outlets in the hotel are very expensive. Buy your own drinking water, the bottles provided in the room cost $12.00 ++. I would recommend this hotel for its proximity to the airport terminals and because it is very new and comfortable but beware of the Club room.

Unable to access shops in airport unless you are departing. Unable to work out how to run the water into the bath, no instructions. We stayed at overnight Crowne Plaza Changi Airport on our way home from London. The staff were lovely and the room very large as was the beautifully appointed bathroom. It was expensive and we felt that it could have included breakfast.
We also found it disappointing that we were unable to go shopping in the departure area, even though were not departing until the next morning. perhaps the hotel could arrange with the airport for people such as us to have a pass into the airport so that we may shop if we felt like it.
Our only other complaint was that the airconditiong was too cold, in the end we turned it off. For convenience and we had an early flight the next morning, this was the best way to go.
