I booked this hotel on 2 occasion for my guests. In one occasion the room was raided by rat and on another by ants. Needless to say my guests were not pleased.

Worse stay ever for a 3 star hotel for the rate i paid for room was dirty small dusty breakfast area & food is worse than those in hawker, no activities in the farm during the morning hence i was there to sleep for a night and check-out early in the morning.

The car porch is bigger than the room. The design of the rooms has been a mistake. Those who chose to stay at such places modeled as "farm stay" would consider space as one of the features.
Even though our intention was for only a couple, my extended family had gathered during checkin as it was a birthday celebration and the 7 adults/5 children had to stand/sit around the queen bed to chit chat before we headed out to the prawn farm and restaurant at 6pm+ for an early dinner becos of a lack of space. After the dinner, we went back to the room but becos of the lack of space, everyone decided to go home by 8pm+. A damper to a supposed evening of family gathering.
Unless the owners had a different direction on why the rooms are just slightly bigger than the size of a bed, i don't think any families will ever return or want to stay here as it is obviously a room for just 2.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Cannot accommodate more than 4 ppl in the room comfortably.

quiet and peaceful
away from the hustle and bustle of the city

contrary to some negative feedbacks, i find that the room is quite well kept and clean. occasional flying visitors but generally free from mozzies. would help if tv offers more channels cos at night practically nothing to do.
staff are friendly and helpful. managed to change dates without hassle. would be better if mac breakfast can be on time cos it affects the plans for the day.
anyway it was a great getaway. had not expected much as was just looking to get away from the city.
only downside is dinner. no way to find any other food except the seafood restaurant which was expensive and quality so-so. advice to buy your dinner before going into the kranji area. if you are early before 6, still can head to bollywood veggie for some food. otherwise you can feast on the fresh fruits harvested from the farm every night. dun forget to bargain though!

Prefer nice and peaceful, without any district.
But the gardens been block, no sightseeing from the from, and hardly stay at the balcony as not very well maintain and got alot of mosquitoes/ bugs.

Small cozy country-style living

The resort is located in the "countryside" of singapore (if there ever a suburb in singapore, Kranji shall be it!). Liked the quiet environment away from the buzzling city and concrete jungle. It gives a back to nature feel. And the other plus point is we get to park our car in the resort just by the doorstep (and did i mention we can BBQ in there with our own portable pit too?).
The downside - the room is very small and furnitures are kind of old. The fridge isn't working and bits of stains can be found on the bedsheet. There are no resort facilities and you get plenty of tiny visitors (mosquitoes and other insects!!). So insect repellant and mosquitoe coil is a must!
