Very convenient location, good value for money, no fuss check-in and out, blazing fast Wi-Fi. The room and the bathroom are very small, but this is normal for Singapore Budget Hotels. Nice and strong hot and cold shower, comfortable bed, quiet and efficient aircon. No fancy trimmings or extras, you get exactly what you pay for. If you only use the room for sleeping, this place is perfect, if you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, go elswhere (and spend a lot more money).

Smelly rooms

smelly, small, and dirty room. Lucky we just needed to stay for a few hours and check out in the morning.
Wall papers are terrible, the room are dirty, still found some hair on the sheets. Couldn't sleep the whole night because of the smell of bad air condition in the room. Even the aircon worked well, still couldn't help to breath because bad ventilation. We took 5 standard rooms and all without windows.
We chose this hotel just because of location near Bugis and Queen street bus terminal, also near some restaurants where young people hang out. No reason for comfort.

The location is good but the room is old dirty

the room look old and dirty,can get a better room with a bit top up at nearby area. Anyway, it is acceptable just for transit, as near to airport and shopping centre.
