The hotel was perfect. Location is inside the shopping mall and near MRT. Very easy access to everywhere. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Price was reasonable. We will definitely come back again if we visit Singapore.

Nice hotel with great location

This is a nice beautiful hotel with a great scenery. The location is very centralized with a lot of shopping centers located around the hotel. The swimming pool is also at a well located height. My son and wife had a great time enjoying the wet moment. We had our dinner at the hotel restaurant as I celebrate my birthday. It was a great buffet dinner as we enjoyed the good food and free beer. I had a memorable wedding anniversary as well as a good birthday celebration.

expensive laundry and breakfast. head downstairs under the mall for cheap laundry service.

room was spacious albeit a long rectangle. this made the bed position somewhat awkward i.e. length of bed was the breadth of the room, which meant the distance of the headrest of the bed to the television was rather short.
apart from that, great walk-in wardrobe, large bathroom and a nice couch with a writing desk as well.
the location is still its greatest strength, easily accessible to city hall mrt, raffles city shopping centre, boat quay, esplanade, chijmes etc.

We had a huge room with a great view . The bed is very comfortable
And bathrooms are neat and clean . The service of this hotel is excellent.
Its also attached to a shopping mall and MRT . Its very convenient.
A great stay , will definitely book this hotel again!

For a great variety, try Chymes, just a block from The Fairmont. Lots of choice of different cultures. Yummy!

I would not recommend this place because there was no value for the price. The breakfast was served in the room under celophane and was invariably cold. The pool was small. There was no internet so we had to forgo on line work for a few days.

Absolute comford and style
located in the fancy part of Singapore adjoining a mall

Its hard to beat the eggs benedict at breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the best Ive had. Be sure you keep an hour for this meal. The beds are so comfortable the rooms large and you really dont have to step out of the hotel as they have fine dining, a well patronised bar and a shopping mall adjoing the hotel. There are five stars around this hotel including the Raffles. Great location and style
Shopping Tip:
You can get almost everything in the adjoining mall except top designer brands for which a days trip to Orchard road will suffice
