Good, but not as satisfying as usual

Fairmont is the hotel that i've checked into more than 5 times. I really love where it's situated, and by the service too. But the last time i checked in, which is almost 2 months ago, i noticed the hygiene of the hotel is deteriorating. My room's bathroom has some black spots for the place of placing the soaps, and also at the flush button. Overall, i'm not that satisfied, but still, not a bad hotel !

Staff were very friendly and professional. although rooms are slightly older but the rooms are clean. i have a enjoyable stay there.

This hotel is just across the street to the famous Raffles Hotel that serves up the re-known Singapore Sling. It is above Raffles City Shopping Centre and train station which makes shopping and travelling about very convenient. New Asia Bar, the popular night scene club in Singapore is a must to visit. It is also near to Esplanade, Chijmes, and Marina Square where all the good restaurant and shopping are available.

Great location just next to train station
Plenty of shops & restaurants in the same complex, next to train station for ease of travelling

Was greeted by friendly staffs upon arrival, check-in promptly and was given a room upgrade.
The room is clean & tidy with all amenities, a little surprised by the complimentary Nespresso coffee capsules instead of the usual packet instant coffee.
There are lots of shops as well as restaurants in the same hotel complex (Raffles City).
Train station (City Hall) is only 5 minutes walk from hotel side entrance, the walkway is fully sheltered & air-conditioned.

Lovely hotel with great views of Singapore
The hotel is spacious and has great views of Singapore city from its windows

I enjoyed the spacious room and the great decor of the hotel. The view from the window of the Singapore city was impressive. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the city for going to business centres.

Nice room, no view

bathroom is a bit tired, shower not great, tv controls very frustrating. pool is nice, the gym facilities are top notch, very impressive.
concierge are excellent and will give you very useful information on how to get around.
Shopping Tip:
When it rains you can actually walk really large distances by using the underground mall walkways to get around.

Amazing hotel chid friendly staff are so helpful

Staff are so helpful. Arranged loan of pram, pool very safe for toddlers and hotel so clean and modern
Restaurant breakfasts are so brilliant; all tastes taken care off, and the Prego restaurant for dinner does great pasta for the little ones.
Never stay anywhere else in Singapore... but the fairmont
Shopping Tip:
Close to Bugis street markets ... you can walk there!
Raffles is across the road, Chymes has great Tapas bar - Fandango.

Good service but lower floor rooms need updating
Convenient location, with most needs within 5min walk

hotel staff very helpful, but this time we got the 10th floor room...smaller, older (worn looking)...but as usual, very convenient locale/facility...you can shop, dine w/o leaving hotel if necessarry...
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try to get rooms above 20th floor...better condition, great view.
