Great Location, good sizes very clean rooms, efficient staff Rooms getting a little old and tired I would recommend the Fairmont Hotel Singapore to the Business and leisure traveller alike. It's location on top of the Raffles city shopping center and subway station, make it a very convient place to stay. Major tourist areas, shopping & resturants are just a short walk or taxi ride away. My only complaint is that the rooms are starting to get a bit old and tired.
Restaurant Tip : Excellent cheap local meals can be had in the Food Court in the shopping centre below

Beautiful rooms, nice view from the North Tower Stay in the hotel was awesome...Staff was very friendly, every evening, cleaning services would come in for a turn over service, topping up the ice and whatever was needed. The location was very good too, connected to the Raffles City mall was very convenient....restaurants, shops and a supermart all a short walk from the hotel lobby. I will definitely be staying there on my visit to Singapore again.

convenient location. I have been to many of the 5 Star hotels in Singapore but the Fairmont hotel is my favorite. Whenever I stay at the Fairmont, I am very pleased about the large, comfortable rooms (especially the Signature rooms), the attentive and friendly staff, the good service and the extremly convenient location (above MRT and shopping center). Breakfast is very good and particularly enjoyable when taken at the pool area. I can definitely recommend the Fairmont hotel.

Its just within the Raffles Convention center,nice amenities,clean room,all the people in the hotel from the front desk to the smallest employee are efficient and respectful. I didnt regret my choice of staying at the Fairmont Hotel.Aside from it being a first class hotel,its within the Raffles Convention Center which is very convenient .Its at the center of everything like shopping,MRT,food court,nice restaurants,the famous New Asia Club located at the top of the hotel,where we had a grand time dancing the night away.But most of all,what i appreciated most is its proximity to the Catholic church.The hotel staff are superb.So what can i say?My stay has been perfect and i will always recommend it to my friends.I shall return for sure!

Stayed on the executive floors which was great. The hotel room view was fantastic, esp at nite. The room is spacious, with modern furnishings and great breakfast at the Pregos. The hotel was having some paint work going on, so we had to bear with the paint/thinner stench for a few days This is a great hotel for both business or pleasure. Will definitely stay here again next time. The executive lounge is also great, with a lot of refreshment and fabulous view of the Marina area.Only that we had wished the internet connection was free as well. The only complimentary internet was at the lounge area. So if u want to use the internet in your room, you will have to pay for it.

Excellent hotel with first class facilities. Close to the Raffles Shopping and Convention Center. Also, the location is at the heart of the city so almost anything that one would want is within walking distance. The rooms are a bit pricey, but that's the price to pay for such an up-scale hotel. The in-house movies were not activated in the first instance, so I had not bothered with it during my stay. I was booked for a 2 night stay at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised with the courteous staff, more so because I was upgraded to a Deluxe room! The room and amenities are top-notch,including a very reliable broadband service. As usual, I had no problems with regard to payment as everything went smoothly - Agoda did an excellent job to facilitate this - thank you!

plenty of food outlet,big room the room is quite big and comfortable. At level 13 pool facing room, I still have a restricted view of the marina bay. Room renovation is good. The hotel is on top of a big shopping complex and mrt station. So there is plenty of food outlet to choose from (at different price range) and good transportation to other place.

very convenient location, efficient check-in/check out internet service - expensive and also not prompt The hotel room is modern and spacious, with everything you need. The amenties are very unqiue and high-class, even the slippers are of good quality. It is just 1 minute-walk to Raffles City Shopping mall, there got a lot of places ot eat and shop.The hotel staffs are friendly and the decor is elegant yet sytlist. And they got one of the best spas in Singapore, whcih also allow hotel guest to use. Just one comment, the sanua is not hot at all.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel recreation facilities are well-equipped, with a very good spa and swimming pool, please take sometime to enjoy it.

Good location, close to shops and sights, without being involved in the hustle and bustle of Orchard road The pool area seemed to operate at maximum capacity possibly because it is a shared facility Would i stay here again? YES, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, room was well maintained and the ammenties are what you expect from a hotel of this standard. I thought the menu at the Prego resturant was limited and the service after 12pm was pretty poor (it closed at 1pm the night i used it) - Given Singapore hotels are expensive generally by regional standards, i wouly rate this as an 8 out of 10 hotel. The location provides good access to shops and other local attractions and resturants and for a $5 taxi ride you are able to access China Town, Little India and Orchard road if you so desire. Clark Quay and it's affilitates are in walking distance.

- Fantastic value for money - Nothing we can think of The Fairmont was a great choice for us to break our trip from the UK to Australia. We stayed for three nights and loved every minute of our stay. In particular - the hotel staff went above and beyond the call of duty to give above average service. They were always willing and happy to assist us with any request. The hotel room was roomy and light and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurants in which we ate were excellent - food and service. I would not hesitate to recommend this to friends and will certainly stay here again when the occassion arises.
Travel tip : We were heading out and one of the staff noticed we looked a little bemused. He asked if he could help and we told him the name of the place we were seeking. Without further ado he got a map, showed us the most direct route and asked he could order us a taxi. What a pleasant surprise for someone to notice and act on their perception.

Ifyou upgrade to business suite, you get free access to the coctail lounge 5pm to 8pm.
All the staff are polite and helpful. We stayed in the South Tower and the rooms are virtually immaculate, some very minor cleaning errors in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore, its a true delight and they all (the staff) make you feel special.

Very efficient recovery of jewellery left behind in hotel; free room upgrade in South Tower; nice swimming pools to unwind after flight from Australia; very efficient and pleasant service; child friendly; very good breakfast Stopped over with young family for one night only returning to UK from Sydney. 25+ mins from Changi airport in rush hour 5pm by taxi S$40 , less than 15 mins at 7am return S$20. Very efficient check-in and complimentary room upgrade. Very pleasant outdoor pools (1 large, 1 smaller and shallow for children). Good albeit pricey supper at Szechuan Court hotel restaurant and excellent 6.10am breakfast at the hotel's Plaza Market Cafe. Good view from quiet well appointed room. Check out very smooth. Very efficient at dealing with jewellery left behind in room. Very impressed by this. Highly recommended.

Top quality room with every convenience.
Excellent staff attending to all needs promptly and efficiently.
Excellent location. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Singapore Fairmont. It was the perfect ending to a combined business/vacation trip to South East Asia. Our room was well-appointed and we enjoyed an excellent view.We wished that we could have stayed longer.

Excellent room and room amenities with a shopping mall attached and Raffles hotel across the street. Very helpful and gracious staff...everywhere. Excellent value for Singapore. Just stayed for a few hours...2:15am flight out, but it was just exactly what I needed with easy access to the offices, shopping and dining that I needed. Will definitely stay at the Fairmont next time.
Travel tip : Check out the Raffles Bars across the street.
